Red Robin Cold dried out burgers

Took my wife out for a relaxing fast food dinner in your restaurant in Mays Landing the other night. Fairly busy but was seated quickly. Nice waitress ordered cheese burgers and waited for over 25 minutes to get them. The burgers were cold and completely dried out. Looked and tasted as if they had been made a long time ago and kept on a cool part of the grill and warmed up before serving. Told the server what the problem was, the server took them back and we waited another 15 minutes to get "fresh ones" but the only difference this time was that french fries were hot and fresh and the burgers were old and warm and completely dried out again! Dinner was ruined paid the check and left. What can be done? if anything.?

Desired outcome: Would like a credit for another two meals but not cheese burgers !

Red Robin Hostess and manager customer service.

Today May17, 2023 my husband went to the Chino Red Robin 3903 Grand Ave. Chino, CA 91710 about 2:45 for lunch.

When we went in the hostess was helping a customer with a to-go order and said she would be right with us. No problem. When she came to us she asked if we wanted to sit in the bar. I said no thank you. She said I'll have to see what I have. I asked my husband why do they always ask us if we want to sit in the bar? That annoys me, it always so noisy in there. The hostess, who never smiled or greeted us once. gave me a look when I said that. She grabbed two menus and started walking to the back and pointed to a table next to a bunch of screaming kids. I asked her if this was punishment for what she overheard me say to my husband? she just stared at me. I walked to the front and asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated that she (The manager was new) and I explained the problem. "No apology, just an explanation, that that was the only table they had available and clean. I asked her if I looked blind to her, since the main dining room had only three tables being used and the back had several other tables clean. She said she had to fire someone today and they were shorthanded. so that was the only table available. I've been going to Red Robin for years, love the food, but have never been told."Here's your table take it or leave it. My husband and I are in our 70's and don't want to sit next to a table with 5 unruly children.

We are not against children; we just wanted a quiet lunch. I guess your customer service doesn't include that anymore. It's unfortunate that your Restaurant is now on the same level as a fast-food joint. I went to yelp, and this location has 2 stars. Maybe corporate should take a good look at the employees running this location, send in some experienced personal that have some training. It's sad to see your restaurant demean itself in this way.

Desired outcome: An apology would be nice and some training for your personal in customer service would go a long way in raising the standards I'm sure you expect at all your locations.

Red Robin Fish & chips & manager

My wife and I ordered the fish and Fries. This has been the second time that it has been wrong. The first time the bartender comped our meal. This time the fish was cooked so hard and done that Neither my wife nor I could eat it. I left my whole meal there so the bartender (Margrete) could see it. I paid for the meal, paid the bill, and gave the bartender her tip. I have only seen the manager come out of his office one time and talk to one person. I have been with a company that QC's a lot of restaurants and usually, the manager will meet great people in the restaurant several times in an hour. I am upset with the meal and NOT the SERVER OR BARTENDER THAT took our order. I am aware that there has been new equipment installed in this restaurant and there should be NO reason for the fish being so hard and dry that you can't eat it. I have read the Complantboard policies and terms and I have tried to adhere to them.

I did not take any pictures of it. but rather told (Margrete and a co-worker) to take a look at it. It is the worst meal I have ever had from Red Robin and my wife and I usually go there once a week for dinner. I will find another restaurant to frequent and will have second thoughts of going back.

Desired outcome: It is not that I want to be comped for my meal, but the staff in this restaurant to get it together and put out a meal that is worthy of eating.

Red Robin Bait and Switch and Staff

May 1st 2:00 pm: 1) A majority of the staff can’t speak English well enough to be understood.; 2) Had to wait at entrance for 5-6 min before anyone showed up to seat us even though the entrance was empty; 3) was asked what side we’d like without informing us that most of the sides cost extra. We were lead to believe that with a meal, all the sides came with it free. To be charged almost $2 on top of an overpriced meal is almost unforgivable.

Desired outcome: Staff needs more training in customer service and a better command of the English language. This is America, not India or Mexico. Wait service needs to inform customers about the sides NOT being free.

Red Robin Loyalty Rewards

Dinned at Red Robins on Telegraph Rd. Bellingham WA. on April 17 for dinner with 3 other persons.
Having given my phone number [protected] to the server an error was made and my loyalty points where not added to my account.
Having lost 2 previous loyalty burgers point one in 2021 and one in 2022, I decided to claim 2 entrees of my friends on my account on April 17/23. I paid three seperate times with my Visa. The orders where Clucks and Fries, Tycoon Burger, and a Shroom Burger.
Manager promised he would redeem my loyaty points as per our discussion on the phone April 19/23. No result no reply

Red Robin Royalty Card credit meals

I have been to your Restaurant twice and used my royalty card and never received credits for my 3 burgers. One date was 04/17/23 on card # 2300 ordered 2 burger meals. Second was on 04/22/23 card #2300 and bought 1 burger meal. I needed 2 burgers to get a free meal, I have 7 now on my royalty card and it never changes when I purchase meals. Something is wrong with my royalty card and needs to be updated.

Can someone please correct this problem with my Red Robin Royalty card.

Red Robin Poor customer service

I visited Red Robins in the north Richland mall area in Tarrant county Texas. I wanted to order to go and was led to area by the bar to wait on someone to take my order. I waited a good 20minutes and then went back to front area to ask for assisted. After the front staff went to kitchen to get waitress I informed her of what I wanted. I then asked her if they had frozen drink with strawberry and mango. She stated no and asked if I wanted water. I informed her that since I was waiting I would like to order a drink and again after informing her of what they had she handed me the drink menu. I asked about other drinks and again she asked if I wanted lemonade. Once again I stated a acholic beverage and she then offered a milk shake. I told her to forget it. I waited for a long period of time and she brought out my order. My order was in a container with no lid in a bag and she walked away without saying anything. The restaurant had very little customers so I am not sure what the issue was. The customer service was very poor and the whole time I was waiting the women behind the bar were playing and joking around and one was rubbing a gentlemans ponytail with customers sitting in front of them. I will probably never go back and I was so looking forward to going since it had been years.

Red Robin alcohol prices

I was at the Red Robin in Grandville MIchigan. I ordered 2 crown royal doubles with cranberry juice the bill for these 2 was $31. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I can buy the whole bottle for this price. I will probably continue to go here but I will no longer even order a beer. Just water for me from now on. Is this how you are tryinh to make your money now? This was on April 15, 2023 at approx. 8:30pm

Red Robin Ordering online

I was ordering online and went to check out and you automatically added the tip. You should leave the space empty and let the customers be able to insert their own tip amount. I looked up online customary should be 10-12% tip for carry out. It automatically added 17% tip, and I could not change it. Maybe owners shouldn't pay such low wages and expect customers to make up for cheap owners. You want to encourage online orders, no thanks!

Red Robin Refuse to apply royalties discount to the order

We went to Red Robin in Poughkeepsie NY with my 3 kids and my wife. My two kids have a royalty discount for their birthday where both were born in march. The waiter said we should do two orders so he could apply the discount, so we did and when it came to payment he said he applied one discount and he can’t do two even though it was a different order with different royalties discount. The place was packed with people and they waiter kept getting busy and not getting back to me and asked to refill my salad with three different waitresses and I never got the refill and ended paying without getting the other royalties discount because I didn’t like to argue with the store packed with people.

Desired outcome: Get my free meal royalties discount that I was denied

Red Robin Discrimination/ defamation of character

My name is Rosa, I went to red robin on Sunday 3-5-22 1pm location 3609 9th st se Puyallup wa 98373. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar to grab something to eat. One of the waitresses came up and asked for our IDs. She looked at my boyfriends ID and than looked at mine and said “ Ill be right back" and took my drivers license with her. 20mins pass by and shes still not back with my drivers license. I got annoyed and asked one of the another waitresses that where is the waitress that took my ID. She said that she went to go verify my drivers license with her manger. By this time it has been 35mins that they haven’t gave me my ID back. Finally the waitress came and said to me “ unfortunately we cant give your ID back because its invalid ID”. I went up to her manger and asked her multiple time to give me my Driver's License back. She REFUSED to give me my ID and asked me to go wait at the lobby. I repeatedly told her that I was Not going to wait at the lobby without my ID. She said she was going to call the police and I told her to please do so, So they can proof to her that its a valid driver license. After I told her to call the police she gave me my Driver license back.

I’m extremely upset of how they treated and embarrassed me in front of everyone. This is not professional. This is defamation of character /Discrimination! Im asking for you guys to take this into hands and fire them. If nothing gets resolved Im taking and uploading this video into social media and YElP.

Red Robin Lack of respect by wait staff and neglect by waiter assigned to our table.

We went to the Wake Forest Red Robin November 25, 2022 to take some friends there. We had had excellent service there on a previous visit. Being elderly we go when there isn't a crowd. It was 1:50 pm. Our friends are in their 80's and he's legally blind. We're in our 70's. The young lady at the door was not very welcoming. She led us through one section all the way to the wall to a booth that you have two steps to go up to sit down. It was dark there and in the bar section which was not being used. I asked for a table with 4 chairs. We were led around another section to a table with a bench on one side. I again asked for a table with chairs and one in the light. The one beside her had chairs and was well lit. I had explained to her that he had difficulty seeing-could only see shapes in the light. The waiter finally came and was not happy. Our drink order was taken and it took 10 minutes or more to get something to drink. Finally our orders were taken and it was quite a while before it was served with NO silverware and No napkins. My husband had to get up and ask for those items and it took him another 5 or 6 minutes to bring those. He could at that time see that our drinks needed refilling but didn't bother to get us anything. Again, we had to ask for something to drink with our meal. We had very poor service. Our bill was $77.62. We did leave a smaller tip that we normally leave which is usually 20%, but didn't feel that a tip was even earned. You should not have to ask for drink refills, silverware to eat with and napkins. That experience makes it very difficult to want to go there again. There were plenty of employees in there, but it was almost like they did not want to serve senior citizens. I hope this is not your normal service.

Red Robin Service

My husband and I went to Red Robin last night 2/15/23 for burgers. We were seated promptly and met our waitress. Since then, she stopped being the waitress and became the bartender. At that point we were completely ignored. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for refills of sides as well as drinks. At some point, I approached her at the bar and asked if my side salad was ready, then she barked at me that I had to wait as she was making drinks. I knew that I was only feet away from the bar! With that some other young woman came with the salad plopped it down in front of me and said "this just came up". At that point I didn't trust the salad and left it there. Your side of broccoli is disgusting, and you don't have butter, that makes it very difficult to eat anything other than fries as a side.

Red Robin No longer serving coffee

I live in Maine and Red Robin has two locations here, one in Augusta and one in Scarborough. About 1 or 2 years ago some idiot(s)/[censored]s, corporate ot otherwise, made the decision to no longer serve coffee at their restaurants, presumably to save money, (what an idiotic move). Instead of investing about $100.00 in a Keurig coffee maker and $15.00 for a few pods to please those customers that love a cup of Joe with their burger, they decided that they would rather tell their customers that they no longer serve coffee. Because of that, not only will I never eat at Red Robin again, (my wife and I eat out about 8-10 times a week), I will also tell everyone I know to never set foot in their restaurants ever again. I knew that most colleges today turn out some really ignorant graduates, but worse yet is the fact that Red Robin hires them.

Red Robin Food and service

Over the past 2 years the quality of food at Red Robin has drastically deteriorated to the point we are considering taking our business elsewhere. We go to RR about 10 times per year with other family and friends to celebrate birthdays. However, the food is now usually cold and overdone. The service is very slow and we find ourselves waiting for service longer than is necessary. We used to really enjoy and look forward to visiting RR but after so many disappointing times we need to consider other choices. Twice now ice cream was not available. I don't know if it's a supply problem or a freezer problem but since it's happened at least twice now, it makes me wonder what kind of quality control is being done. Either improve and make it a joyful place to visit or we are taking our business elsewhere. The places I visit are in Everett, WA and Smokey Point, WA.

Desired outcome: I would like to know what is being done to correct the food, service and quality control problems I mentioned in my comments.

Red Robin Dirty drinking glass, incomplete order, poor customer service!

On 01/22/23 at 5:53 My son and I went to eat at Red Robin in Skokie, Il. and it was without a doubt the WORST Red Robin experience I've ever had! Even though my family and I have been eating here for years this will be the last time. To start we ordered our food I ordered the bacon fondue burger, my son ordered the bottomless Mac 'n' Cheese, the 2 chicken tenders with his sides being broccoli and french fries. When they brought the food out the manager informed me that they no longer had the fondue dipping sauce and couldn't make anymore because it took, according to her, "4 hours" to make. The manager even told us that the last 3 patrons who ordered it didn't get there's either. Which then I asked why was I not told in the first place so that I could just order something else instead. The manager took the price of the dipping sauce off my bill but now I'm left with a sandwich I didn't want and didn't have time nor was I asked at anytime if I wanted a replacement order. My son and I were offered dessert on the house but my son and I refused as we don't eat dessert due to dietary issues. I was irritated but ate my food anyway. Then I noticed that the broccoli side was a small amount in a plastic to go cup instead of a proper bowl. At this point we just wanted to finish our food and leave. Then after finishing my soda I noticed that the whole inside of the glass had what looked like dried food on the inside! I brought it to the attention of the manager who explained to me that it "wasn't dirty because it was washed and sanitized" which clearly it wasn't because there was dried food in the glass! At that point we were so disgusted that we opted to not get refills on his bottomless Mac 'n' cheese or my bottomless steak fries. This has been our place for birthdays, mother's/father's day etc. For over 12 years but this experience has made us not want to ever come back here! We will encourage others to stay away from this location as well. I still tipped the server because she was nice but don't think given the circumstances we should have had to pay the bill.

Red Robin Restaurant

On January 15th at about 2 p. m my wife and I went to the Red Robin in Springfield, IL with 4 kids that were 9,8, two 2 year olds. When we walked in the door an told the lady up front how many we had, she said if we wanted 2 high chairs she would have to clean off a table or we could use booster seats. I said we wanted to use high chairs and she let out a big sigh an rolled her eyes, at that point I said we will just use the booster seats, cause it seemed like she didn’t want to clean the table off when there was not many people in there dining. When we sat down the waitress got our drinks, but never left any napkins. I asked for napkins, silverware, and plates for our appetizer. She came with 4 napkins and said there working on plates getting cleaned and she didn’t know about silverware. I waited about 10 minutes an asked again for silverware and she said she didn’t know where any were at so I just said give me plastic. I had to eat a salad with plastic spoon and kids had to share fries off a napkin. Usually I would just walk out of place, but with 4 kids and 30 degree weather we just stayed. My bill was $55 with tip and was a bad experience

Red Robin Worst sandwich (BLTA) I've ever had!

Went to lunch with coworkers to the Red Robin at 3770 Bloomington St. in Colorado Springs on Thursday January 5th. 2023 at 1:00 PM. I ordered the BLTA sandwich. It sounded delicious but unfortunately, delicious is not what it was. They used very minimal bacon, avocado, and turkey. It was mostly croissant, and not even a good croissant. It was 14.29 which is a very pricey croissant in my opinion. I will never step foot in a Red Robin restaurant again.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund

Red Robin Service

I visited today at 8.00 pm your Guilford location with my family, sad to see how friends of the front were to get in before us. Ignoring us, when our time finally came we got in, no one offer to serve us I went to ask after 10 minutes some one come, the gave us fries no napkins no nothing, customers complaining, our order never arrive we left to white spot, how disappointed by the way your location is dirty, no customer services, I will not going back again My name Gabriela Porcina [protected]@hotmail.com

Red Robin Smoke n pepper hamburger

Restaurant #645 - 12/03/2022 - 3:40pm - Table 206/1

It has been several years since my wife and I have visited this local Red Robin. We stopped in yesterday after Mall shopping for a late lunch. The service was fine, staff friendly - no complaints there. On prior visits we always order and share the Smoke n Pepper hamburger. Thick juicy, full of flavor and more than enough to satisfy us both. Wife sometimes could not finish her half, which I gladly did. This was unfortunately not the case yesterday. This hamburger was thin had no flavor and had some strange sweet sauce that was really all you could taste. Wife took one bite and said no more, this is terrible. Our bartender/waitress explained the some time back there company had made the decision to re-make the hamburger patties. Understand change happens in this industry for profit and bottom line but for me Red Robin was always about thick, juicy and tasty hamburgers. Sorry but this was enough for us. Last visit for sure. Thanks for the "memories"
