We ordered online for curbside at the Dover Delaware store on 7/19/22. They didn’t give us our sauces for the two big batches of onion rings we ordered. They burnt the sweet potato fries and also had all kinds of condiments in with my moms burger and fries. I asked for a plain cheeseburger with just Mayo but they put pickles and stuff on the side which made the burnt sweet potato fries taste like pickles and onions.
Desired outcome: I don’t know but they need to stop messing up [protected]@gmail.com is my email
Red Robin - Manager told me I was inconveniencing them
I took my children to Red Robins today (4/5/2021) at 5:30pm to location (40 N Dupont Hwy, Dover DE 19901). My family eat at this location very often. Today I order to sets of original wings and requested for all flats because I don't eat the other pieces. I was willing to pay extra if I had to. The manager told me know and that I was inconveniencing them. I was very polite and ask her again and told her I would take my business else where and she told me well were not doing that. I have been eating at this location for at least a year and a half and they always give me flats. I ended up leaving with my family and went to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Desired outcome: I really wanted to eat there because i love the wings.
