The host at the Colorado Springs Jamboree location was very friendly and professional. Went down hill from there. We were seated and waited on fairly fast. We got our one and only beverage fairly fast. The food took forever to come out and it was awful. I dont mind waiting if its good food. I have frequented Red Robin in the past and have always been very pleased. This trip not at all. We had ordered a black and blue specialty burger and not one ounce of blue cheese. Charge more though. The burgers were flat and dry. There were maybe 8 fries served on the plate with the burger. Forget the bottomless fries because our server never came back to refill drinks or fries, let alone ask how everything tasted. I just as soon have gone to McDonalds. This was a very expensive meal for the poor quality and lack of service. It may not matter, but Red Robin just lost my business.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
Red Robin - Store
We visited your Red Robin location off of Jamboree in Colorado Springs, CO
Upon ordering, I had noticed that another patron who was sitting close to us had a pet dog in her lap in the restaurant. I understand having guide dogs, but come on, you are allowing customers to take their pets into your establishment. I am glad that my kids were not with us because they are allergic to pet hair. Is this how your establishments are going to be? If so, I will make sure my family no longer visits any of your establishments. I have to deal with pets in the grocery stores, but when I want to go out and eat, I have to eat with the dogs as well. I will not spend over $60 in an establishment that will allow the pets in, too.
Desired outcome: Change your policies to where no pets are allowed/refund
