Red Ribbon Bakeshop The cake wasn’t delivered on me

I had an online transaction via messenger of red ribbon philippines. I choosed a round cake and payed the product through online payment - pay maya. They had a hard time reaching me on the number I provided since I wrote a wrong contact details. I was waiting for the rider to arrive for four hours until I decided to send a text message to the shop that caters my order. And the product wasn't delivered to me. They said they already cancelled it but they are not refunding it.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop Expired cake

To whom it may concern,

I bought a triple chocolate roll cake (Full) in your Malibay branch by Edsa on 10/05/2020 at around 9AM and had Grab deliver it to my doorstep. The expiration date on the box stated best consumed before 10/08/2020. My wife tasted something funky the moment she ate it but when I ate it, it seemed fine.

We placed the cake in the refrigerator right after eating it and opened it again later that night and only then it tasted like rubber or plastic but I ate it anyway. Next morning or today 10/06/2020 I opened the cake to give my daughter some because she was asking for it and found mold in the cake.

Key note is that my daughter at a lot of this cake and the expiration date stating 10/08/2020. I tend to stray from posting in social media and I would just like for your team to take action on this because this is the safety of my 3 year old daughter especially during times like these I would not like her to be sick.

It made my stomach sick last night and had to release bowel movement but other than that I'm fine. My daughter has release bowel movement twice this morning but she does not seem sick.

Please get back to me the soonest and appreciate your prompt response.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop Lady cashier behavior (duty time: around 11:30-1145 - date: september 25, 2020)

Dear Red Ribbon Management,

Good day,

I Raffy, will file a complain in your staff. I went today at Red Ribbon located Puregold, Kalentong. I want to give a feedback regarding the behavior of your lady cashier.

Around 11:30am - 11:45am, I went to red ribbon to buy some 2 cinnamon bread. After I get the cinnamon placed at the rack not that far from the cashier area, I hand it over to cashier lady. Conversation below follows;

Cashier: Php 72 po.

Me: (Hand Over may payment, which is Php500).

Cashier: Wala po kayong small bill?

Me: (Checking my wallet and Showing much larger bill) Sorry Ma'am, wala po Php1000 na po sunod.

Cashier: She got irritated (Seeing on her eyes and gesture)

But I just ignore it because probably "It is my fault" because I am having a Php500 bill and buying just only "2 cinnamon bread".

Cashier: She packed the cinnamons and believe or not she hand it over to me by just throwing the bread, not in a forcefull way but NOT in right manner.

This time, I confront her by saying;

Me: Galit kaba? Bakit mo binato ung bread? Dahil wala kang panukli ibabato mo na? Ganyan ka ba sa lahat ng walang barya?

Cashier: (Shock) Hindi po. Napalakas lang po ung bigay ko. (Admitting what she OBVIUOSLY did but didn't say sorry)

Me: Hindi na. Akin na yan Php500 ko, hindi na ko bibili! Bastos ka!

Returning the Cinnamon the way she gave it to me.

I know Red Ribbon giving a great training and a thorough orientation with your employees before they on board in your branches and this is not your fault but letting this kind of behavior in your company will make a mess in the name of Red Ribbon.

I will still patronize your products but will never tolerate this kind of behavior.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop Black forest cake

My husband bought cake today may 10, 2020 because its mothers day. He waited for 4hours on the line to buy that cake for me. He didnt expect that this is the cake that was almost liquified because I guess all the cakes were not properly stored in chiller. They just put it inside the store without properly handling them. My husband and I was very disappointed because that cake is supposed to be the symbol of this celebration but they [censored]ed up.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop 8x8 dedication cake

Hi good evening!

I just want to share my feedback regarding the cake that I've purchased via grab food order earlier today, April 26, 2020 at 1:54 pm. Specifically, I ordered 1
8x8 Red Ribbon Dedication Cake. Upon opening and slicing the cake at around 8 pm, I've noticed that it was quite different, not even swallowable. The cake is very dry but the consume before date written is on May 01, 2020. Also, there seemed to be 2 layers in it and those layers were obviously separate. It was not the moist cake that I've expected.in addition to that, the cardboard-like where the cake was placed seemed to be dirty and not new. Note that after receiving the cake, it was immediately refrigerated. Attached here are the photos of the actual cake that came in today. It was from Espinosa Goodfood Inc., LG SM City Bacoor Habay II Cavite.

I would appreciate your kind response regarding this matter. Thank you.

Red ribbon. Nag message ako sa messenger page nyo. At wala pang action.

Regarding ito sa nabili ko na mamon pack of 5pcs sa red ribbon cogeo branch.

Date purchased: april 21, 2020
Date expiration: april 24, 2020

- icconsumed sana nmin ng april 23, 2020 pero upon checking may black spots at amag ang lahat ng mamon na nabili ko.

Muntik ng makain ng bata yung mamon na may amag. Di man lng napakinabangan ung bnili na mamon at nasayang lang pera namin. Npakaimportante ng pera sa panahon ngaun may crisis tapos nsayang lng dahil sa mamon na may amag.

Good day, its actually my 2nd time receiving this kind of Mamon, I really love red ribbon product but I'm dissapointed to receive a mamon that has a fungi again. I didnt took a photo when I have experience receiving mamon with fungi but this is the second time and you must be aware of this kind of issue. Red Ribbon Bakeshop unethecal behavior about your staff/cashier

Good day! Mam/Sir I am very disappointed the way your staff treated me today at your branch located @GAISANO MALL KABANKALAN CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. I wanted to buy 1PC INDULGENCE CHOCOLATE CAKE worth SIX HUNDRED PESOS PLUS. They told me "MAAM WE DON'T CATER RESERVED NOR ALLOWED ANY PURCHASED LEFT HERE" . Ok i'm going to buy some groceries first, before that I saw the other staff carrying 1 box of cake inside thier stock room from a customer i followed. I don't mind, after 30mins I came back I told them about the cake they prepare, put in a box I give my payment to the cashier worth one thousand pesos. She ask me if I have one hundred pesos?I told her, I don't have any small bills, THEY ANSWER " WE DON'T HAVE ANY CHANGE(SUKLI) IF YOU WANT YOU CAN COMEBACK LATER. OH! IVE ALREADY DONE MY GROCERIES I CARRIED A HEAVY PLASTIC BAGS. I ASK THEM, CAN YOU PLEASE FIND WAYS? THEY ANSWERED... WE CANNOT SELL COZ WE DON'T HAVE ANY CHANGE LEFT COZ WERE BUSY LOTS OF CUSTOMER...REALLY?I'M THE ONLY ONE CUSTOMER LINING AT YOUR CASHIER? Red Ribbon Bakeshop staff/cashier/supervisor

I was buying a cake at the Red Ribbon stall inside Puregold Supermarket. I told MANILYN, the cashier in a very courteous manner that I will be writing my dedication on the piece of paper ("Ay wait Ate, sulat ko muna") then she goes in a very condescending manner that I need to make a payment first which upset me so I said that I was gonna write it down first so its faster bec they would have to write the dedication while I wait. She sarcastically said there's another cust waiting which is my husband. I got pissed with the way she delivered her statement so I asked her to step away from the counter bec I dont wanna deal with her. She asked her male supervisor to deal with me after she stared at me challenging me. But what pissed me off the most was that she wasn't apologetic at all. She just stood there. I asked my husband to get her name and she answered, 'its on the receipt'3 times which made me more pissed and I asked why she couldn't give me her name. The male sup intervened and said sorry although it was evident he wasn't sincere. He said we're ok now and I said no. He then sounded pissed and said 'we already gave you the name so it should be ok'.
This happened just today, Dec 31 at abt 11am.
This is not how customer service should be even if that Manilyn is pregnant, she doesn't have the right to be rude. She didn't even apologize. Same goes for that male supervisor who apparently doesn't know how to mediate and pacify customers.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop maria asuncion-cashier dated dec-20-2019 @ 2:30pm

The cashier named Maria Asuncion assigned in SM Sta Mesa Manila Philippines dated December 20, 2019 around 2:30 pm was arrogant to me. I gave her the Senior citizen Identification Card of my ill mother who was outside the mall due to sickness she cannot come inside but she refused to avail me discount. Its ok if I am cannot avail discount but she was too arrogant. Unlike with other food chain in the mall like Mc Donald, Goldilocks their staff are too good in serving their customers.

Complaints ko lang po yung binili ko kanina. Sana po mag hired kayo ng maganda or mag training po ung mga employee nyo ng maganda at ayos na lettering. Jusko ung dedication cake sulat grade1. Hindi pa pantay. Paakyat yata ng bundok. At take note din po. Nanginginig pa ung pagkasulat. Halatang pasmado. Sana mo ung nittraining nyo din po ung empleyado lo pag dedication cake po ang ioorder. Nkkadisappoint po ipresent sa school ung cake. Super chaka ng sulat. Lalo sa branch ng sta cruz laguna

Red Ribbon Bakeshop I am complaining about their 8pm cut off.

Today Nov. 25, 2019 got very disappointed. We went to Gmall Toril around 8pm to avail and claim Cashalo purchase w/c is a Black forest jr.
They acknwldged that they have Cashalo but refused to do a transaction because of their early cut off due to General Cleaning. Take note its still 8pm. And besides the fact that they didn't gave any notice, and if ever they'd have a genclean, its them whose suppose to have an over time. Got very disappointed ang Jollibee nga o ibang fastfood chain renders OT para mkapag genclean but continues to give a good service. Kindly address this issue.

Hi just want to say something.. I buy tiramisu cake @redribbon evergotesco commonwealth branch at around 6:00-6:30pm.. Im not familiar with the tiramisu flavor so I desided na yun yung bilin para maiba nmn but before I buy it I ask the staff (girl) kung meron syang touch of coffe or tea something like that kasi bawal samin pero sinabi nya "wala po mam pure chocolate po yung ginamit dyan" so binayaran ko na..
Den after our dinner mga bata kasi yung unang kumaen kaya ndi nmn npansin kung may lasa nga bang gnon.. Den after that my brother inlaw nkaka 1 spoon plng sya n notice n nya n parang may lasa nga ng coffe so we desided to search bout the tiramisu of red ribbon.. Den we find out n meron nga.. Nakakalungkot lng kasi wala nmng pwedeng kumain non samin and at the same time nkakahiya kasi aq yung may dala non.. Maybe I have mistake kasi ndi aq nag search bago ko binili.. But I ask ur staff so akala ko alam nya.. They must be more knowledgeable about what they are selling

Red Ribbon Bakeshop service

Kindly advise your staffs in Red Ribbon Manna Mall La Union to provide customers service at all times. Excellent customer service creates LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Providing such starts with a genuine desire to delight your customers, apparently your staffs doesn't have the skills unfortunately.
I will never buy in this outlet again because of my bad buying experience. THEY NEVER ENTERTAINED ME. All of your staffs were too busy into their computer, doing the pre closing stuffs. Mall Trading hours ends at 8:00PM, but they're closing too early. The worst thing they said to me is that, they cannot sell to me anymore because it's 7:00PM and advise me to go to another branch in the city proper!
Customers are the lifeblood of any business, without it the business will eventually die.. I will still buy your products but definitely not in this outlet anymore. I will not recommend this to my friends and family as well..

Red Ribbon Bakeshop business hours not on time

this branch opens at 6am mon-fri and 7am on sat but they open late most of the time. like today 10/3, this is not the 1st time. we have waited until 6:45am but staff and manager are still busy inside and you will notice that they intentionally don't look outside to avoid knocking and waiting clients outside even if they could easily see us. they should have just informed those waiting what time they plan to open instead of ignoring us. how unprofessional!

Red Ribbon Bakeshop not allowing a pwd to avail of the discount

The manager told me that they can give multiple discounts to 2 holders of either both Senior Citizens or both PWD. They cant give multiple discounts to 1 Senior Citizen and 1 PWD card holder. They even told me that I can avail of the discount if I will buy another product where my PWD ID can be used for. This is truly frustrating that they did not allow a PWD and a Senior Citizen to avail of the discounts. This incident defeats the purpose of giving equal opportunity for Seniors and PWDs to enjoy the benefits mandated by the government to marginalized people like us.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop complaining about attitude of branch manager

Good am po! I would like to call your attention regarding your Branch Manager at Reb Ribbon Aguinaldo Branch at Dasmarinas, Cavite with phone number 0464542713... I am Dr. Genevieve R. Villela, a Obstetrician-Gynecologist from De La Salle University Medical Center... I called the branch around 10:30am, Sunday sept 8, 2019... I wanted to order certain cakes and slices... Upon introducing myself I asked who I was speaking to and he refused to tell me and asked me why I was asking... of course it's to properly addressed him... He spoke to me sarcastically and told him to stop speaking that way... I told him that I have been previously ordering to this branch and for him to stop being sarcastic... I told him that I have dealt with previous managers and no problems have previously occurred... maybe he found me "makulit" so he decided to be sarcastic... after much discussions on what I'm supposed to order with me getting irritated with him too, he decided to say to me "ikaw ang Bastos hayop ka!" Then he put down the phone... at first pa Lang it was like he didn't want me to order thru phone kasi irritated na siya when our conversation started... if he found me probably demanding and makulit well I guess WalA siya magagawa because I'm the customer... but I never spoke to him disrespectfully... it was him that spoke aggressively, sarcastically and disrespectfully... remember the Customer is always right! For a manager to speak that way to a customer is outright OFFENSIVE, UNACCEPTABLE, outrageously RUDE and blatantly IMPOLITE and IRREVERENT! I do not believe that your company would be well represented by this kind of a staff - even holding a Position as Store Manager... no matter what type of customer you have they are not suppose to speak to us that way... I hope proper actions be done to him since he will bring much havoc and "Malas" to your company... I hope this message would be given action...

First of all, hindi ako naniniwalang doktor ka o doktor ang nakausap ko. Boses bakla, asal bakla, bungangera, asal palengkera, laging nakasinghal, asal iskwater at bastos. When I saw you on your profile and in personal, my God nagulat ako! Mukha ka palang halimaw, as in literal na Halimaw sa sobrang laki at sobrang panget mo. Sa bagay, sabi nga ng iba, ang tunay na kagandahan ng tao lumalabas ayon sa ugali at inuugali nya. So sa PAGMUMUKHA mo, labas na labas naman kung gaano kapanget, kadumi, at kasula sulasok yang pag uugali mo. Partida doktor ka pa pala. Hindi ugali ng isang professional yung nakausap ko. From the start of our conversations nakasinghal/ nakasigaw kana. I spoke sarcastically to you because that's is the way to talk to me in the first place. In short, sa way pa lang ng pagsasalita mo hindi kana ka respe-respeto, paano pa kaya sa personal? You never say to me to stop to speak to you sarcastically kc bastos kana talaga una pa lang. Try to respect yung mga taong makakausap mo o makakaraharap mo, yun at kung marunong kang rumespeto pero base sa mga nalaman ko BASTOS/WALANG MODO pala tlaga ugali mo. Kahit sa mga pasyente mo bastos ka talaga. Tapos sinasabi mong "MAKULIT KA". Wag kang BOBO, doktor ka pa naman. MAKULIT is very different to BASTOS/WALANG MODO which is yun ka.
