Hi!
I'm a customer who bought from the Red Ribbon Citygate Buhangin branch. Around 2:30-3:00 PM, I witnessed a crew having a loud argument with a Food Panda rider. The rider was just following up on an order and showed the customer's name to the staff, but the staff couldn't find it. The crew suddenly got angry and shouted, saying the rider could have tell the customers name but instead showing it to him got confused and also nagagalit talaga sya makikita mong gigil sya sa rider Kase kahit umalis na Yung rider sigaw padin sya Ng sigaw makikita Naman Yun sa video nyo if may cctv kayo, nakakadismaya lang Kase minamaliit nya Yung rider.
I was surprised because there were other customers there too. The rider calmly told the staff to manage their work and not take out their frustration on others who were just doing their job.
