Nag order yung Daddy ko sa branch na to ng 70+ na Cheesy Ensaimada around 10am, and babalikan na lang namin because madami kami errands sabi ng cashier present lang yung receipt pag pick up. Pero sa dami ng pinuntahan namin nawala yung receipt. Pag pickup namin ng gabi ang tagal nakipag usap ni Daddy sa manager pero ayaw nya ibigay yung product without the receipt. Kaya ako na yung nakiusap sa manager. At ayaw nya talaga ibigay kahit sinabi na namin na ireview na lang yung cctv at sinabi na namin kung ano yung order ayaw nya tlaga ibigay. Sobrang kailangan na namin yung product for the wedding that night. Nalate tuloy kami sa event. Nakakahiya sa newly wed.

I was so dissapointed sa pinakitang service sakin ni Ms. Joy.

Joy pa nman yung name nya pero hndi nya kami nabigyan ng Joy dahil sa service na ginawa nya. Mukang hindi din sya masaya sa ginagawa nya. Dahil pag greet nya sakin is walang Joy. Sana sa next visit namin mabigyan na nya kami ng Best Service na deserve namin. Thanks and Godbless.
