He was the manager at Red Lobster until he got fired by Justin Matherne. Justin Matherne was a religious man who believed in God. Steve was a bad manager at Red Lobster and at other restaurants too! Justin Matherne be cutting down co-workers hours at Red Lobster, because he's a Christian! Justin would not fire bad co-workers who do wrong at Red Lobster until He got fired by Sue Stinefast-Grabowski, because he wasn't taking care of things.
