Red Lobster review: Service and time involved in ordering

On Sunday, 11/02/25 at 6:00 p.m, we arrived at the 12 Mile in Madison, MI and had wait an 1/2 hour to be seated, even though the place was almost empty. After we were seated, we received biscuits right away, but nothing to drink. Now everybody is chocking on biscuits without anything to drink, no water, pop or drinks. After about 30 min. we received drinks, but then it took another 30 min. before we could order appt.or entrees. We were there about 3 hours. The food was good but the service was lousy. You need more help for that time of day on a weekend. The waitress did her job. Ck. #66205, guest #2, table #46.
