Real Spirit USA, Inc. ain't no help at all. They don't care about you, so watch out. If you mess up and buy a promo unit, you're screwed. They won't take it back, even if it's brand spanking new and untouched. Their return policy is a joke if it's a promo item. What's the diff between promo and regular? Is it just the cost? Who cares? I'm unhappy with their products and their customer service.

This company used to be pretty good with nice workers, but now it's a mess. The salespeople like *** and *** are just plain bad and don't know what they're doing. Their stuff is old and way too expensive. It's like buying a timeshare that never ends. They'll tell you one price, but then change it and try to sell you the same thing. If you need help, you'll have to deal with *** who's just mean and will make fun of you for no reason. He'll even lie and say the prices are good when they're not. When I asked to talk to his boss, *** said he was too busy and never around. Real Spirit USA, Inc. needs to go back to how it used to be and get rid of these bad workers. They should focus on making better stuff like they used to.

So, I bought this machine from Real Spirit USA, Inc. and I checked their return policy before buying it. I even took a screenshot of it. But when I got the machine, it didn't say anywhere that I needed to buy another filtration system for $300 to make the water taste good. I called them the next day to return it, but they said they don't do returns for financed items. That wasn't on their return page that I saw before. They can keep my $85 down payment and take back their machine. I complained on different platforms and they offered me the extra filtration system for free. But I don't want anything to do with them anymore. They're a joke of a company. I'll order from a company that actually stands behind their product. I just want to be done with this. They're not doing anything about it.

I had a problem with my faucet and the lady on the phone said my aqua ionizer wouldn't work with it. She said she had some other ideas, but then her boss came on the line and was really rude to her. He wouldn't let her help me and just wanted to argue. He hung up on me like a little kid. This company is not professional if they let people like him work there. I couldn't get any help with my problem, so I don't want the ionizer anymore. Mason said I can get my money back, so I'll just go to a different company with better customer service.
