We called Precision Garage door on Monday, 4/26/22 and to our surprise, they came out the same day. We received an e-mail stating who the technician might be along with pictures of their technicians. I thought that was VERY helpful.*** was the technician. He was friendly and had a positive attitude. He made suggestions on what should be replaced and made the necessary changes. We appreciated the swift response and the professionalism of ***. I would highly recommend this company.

It’s early days since the fix so hopefully no surprises coming, but just got a big double door overhead fixed that was 20 years old...I had to leave later in the same day for a period of time so when it broke early AM same day you know the frustration...they replaced the motor, sensors etc in about 90 mins in awful weather...couldn’t be happier with the service and tech’s attitude and approach knowing for this to work was very important to me. Will definitely call them again. Good work and customer service. Thanks

5 Stars! This company was great. I called because I was manually having to open and close my garage door and had no idea what was wrong. The lady who answered was very nice and was able to get me me an appointment the same day that I called. The gentleman (Johnny) who was my technician called me before he arrived and was one time. He was very polite and professional, and did a great job fixing what needed to be done and explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs service for their garage. Just all around a great business.

Overhead Garage Precision Door Service is the best. I called about my broken garage door over the 4th of July holiday and they sent someone out the very next day. They are very prompt, courteous and professional. My garage door was fixed right away and the price was very fair. Before they arrived, I got a confirmation email showing me pictures of all their staffed servicemen and which one would be arriving at my door. That is a great customer service touch that this company provides so customers can feel safe when a stranger knocks on their door. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Our torsion spring snapped on our garage door so instead of me trying to *** myself I decided to give these guys a shot. Read a bunch of reviews and had recommendations for but decided to go Precision. *** came by earlier than the window they said someone would make it out which was great since I had to leave for work towards the end of it. Looked over everything and gave some advice on some things that needed to be addressed and gave me a great price to replace the springs. Definitely will go with them again if need be and will highly recommend them to anyone else who has problems with their garage door. Thanks again guys!

Just wanted to say that I was very pleased with the work that Precision did on my garage door with a broken spring. The tech (***) came out the very next day I called, and worked with me to sum up what was needed based on my 30 year old aluminum garage door, and give me a precise estimate. The spring usage had eaten away one of the torsion cables. All in all, *** took the time to not only fix the spring but did some maintenance and adjusted the tension on my *** door opener. All-in-all great service, and knowledgeable techs. Would definitely work with them again, as work was done within an hour.

To be honest we moved into our house 18 months ago and have not needed any garage door work done until now. Was about to call another company when I Saw the sticker on my door and called Precision Door. Wow! Im so glad I did. I am extremely satisfied with my service from Precision Door. They came through with everything from start to finish. Sent pictures of the technician so I would know who it was. Brilliant! Said they would call ahead to give an estimated time of arrival and he did. Fixed my problem in a very short time. Was pleasant and courteous. Pricing was good too. Would highly recommend this company and will use again for sure.

So far we have only ordered a new door from them. *** came at 11 AM. I was told he would be here between 11 and 3 so that was a great start. He came to give us an estimate for a replacement garage door/installation. His estimate came in at $1500 less than other estimates we got. He gave us a *** discount which took us by complete surprise. Being old has it's advantages in this case. He also gave us a military discount since I am a *** Military Vet. Wow, two discounts! We went out to dinner, just my wife and I, to celebrate using our discount cash. Now we'll wait and see how the install goes. He said it might be next week. We will give another review at that time."

this is the second time I have used Precision Overhead door for my garage and from here on out it will be my only call. My Technician *** was highly professional, walked me through the issues with my door gave me the estimate and let me make my decision. I thought it was high at first but if you consider that I have done very little to this door over *** more combined. So for the work done great price, nice warranty and a tech that I didn't feel at any time was trying to take advantage of me. I have no problem highly recommending this company for any garage door issues you may have. Thanks.

Garage door spring broken and wouldn't open and home is being listed for sale in one day. Called one company before Precision who couldn't send anyone for another 2 days. Precision installed our new garage door mechanism a few years ago and did excellent and meticulous work. Called them and they were able to come out same day, received a courtesy call before arrival, the tech *** was extremely knowledgeable and quick to figure out the issues, and provided me 3 different cost options for repairs and explained all of the issues to me and what each option provided as to long-term and short-term repairs. He was extremely fast in doing the work and professional, and I would highly recommend Precision for garage door issues, needs, etc.

I called on Christmas about our damaged garage door, was given an appointment the following day. Tom showed up at 11:30 parked in the alley, we met him and walked him into our garage to explain the issue. The initial quote was around $750.00, he mentioned a panel needing to be replaced. He then began to look again and said or we can keep the current panel and see what I can do to fix this. Another panel would have meant waiting until Monday or Tuesday for the part to come in. I need to get my truck to the dealership today, so not really an option to wait. Within roughly 2 hours Tom had our garage door back up and working flawlessly! I appreciate the extra care and attention to detail he provided. I 100% recommend Precision, they are professional and easy to work with!

Make sure you ask the questions they will not. I created a service call online- the Tech that booked the appointment was able to get the repair service to accommodate my schedule. I asked if the Service Tech will need to make multiple trips. I was told no- the Service technician will bring all the parts necessary for repair.Tech arrived on time - Took about 2 minutes and told me that he does not have the parts for the my particular garage door ( discontinued by manufacture). $65 to find this out. . Next, I received a email from Buck -- if I was not 100% satisfied he would consider it a favor if I called to discuss it. I called twice ( 2 different days) and left my information each time. I never received a call back or email. Each time I called, the call lasted over 15 minutes while I waited. They may do good service, I dont know, but if you need to call in to speak to someone you may not get any response. This all could have been avoided if the booking agent asked necessary questions.-- i.e what model garage door are you looking to repair.

The spring broke on my garage door this morning. I called three places and submitted one online form. Only one person picked up the phone - *** from Precision. She was polite and straightforward and sent *** out to me within two hours. Once on the scene, *** presented me with three estimates that captured different repair and preventive maintenance levels. My cables were trashed, but they hadn't broken yet. My rollers were worn and on their last legs as well. There was no pressure from *** to choose the highest estimate. He helped me decide what I thought was best, and I appreciated that. I agreed to go to the middle of the road: it fixed what was broken and replaced the things that were likely to die next. *** fixed it all in under two hours, and I couldn't be happier. It was likely a little more expensive than the fly-by-night competitors that don't have professionals answering phones and scheduling technicians. Still, I thought it was worth the cost. *** has to get paid as well for answering phones. Call center work is challenging. Both *** and *** made the entire experience delightful. Thank you!

I've had Precision Door Service twice now. Last year one of the springs broke. *** came out right away and fixed it, but he did warn me that the door was very old and I should consider getting a new opener. We didn't at that time, but I know he was being honest about it. Well, he was right. A couple of days ago we had a door mishap, my spouse had a chair in the way of the door and I unknowingly closed it from inside the house. The sensor wasn't working and the door came down hard and ripped the lift housing from the door. I called Precision because I knew how good they were. (They had also done my son's garage door.) *** came out yesterday and evaluated the door. He honestly told us that we legally had to have the door up to code, which meant a new opener and sensors. But it wasn't a "hard sell", he was telling it like it is. We now have a totally new system with 3 remotes, wall opener, and the ability to use wifi remote. The new opener is so quiet! I didn't even realize it opened this morning. I also tested the sensor and it's perfect. I know we won't have any worries with a broken garage door this winter. Thanks ***!
