Bad job, waste of money - The pics show what Stone Interiors call "incidental damage". If that's true, I'm glad they didn't do "real damage". The workers were rude and dismissive. If you want new countertops or tile work, go with another company. They want all the money upfront and after we paid the "deposit", they didn't communicate well, schedule right, or install well. We should have gone with our gut and picked another company.

Stone Interiors East, LLC put in some quartz countertops in my kitchen. They were so bad at it that they messed up the thing I paid for. They also broke a $2000 console and won't take responsibility for it. I tried to work with them about the countertops and let them fix it a few times, but every time they made it worse! They couldn't get the seams right and left glue all over the place. They sent someone to fix it, and he sanded some parts, which made the surface look bad. Be careful - don't use this company for anything!

Stone Interiors did what they said they would do and replaced my kitchen granite counters under warranty due to staining issues. They came to my house on April 30 and removed the old granite. However, they made a mistake when cutting the new granite and now I have unmatched granite. One half of the new granite is not even installed, it's just sitting on my kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, the new section is starting to have the same staining issue as the initial install. I've tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email, but they haven't corrected the problem yet.

I bought a countertop from Lowes and had it installed by Stone Interiors in Gaston, SC. The installation went well, but the next day I noticed some raised and rough areas that weren't supposed to be there. I spoke with someone named *** on March 10th and sent them photos. They confirmed receipt and said they would send them to a service rep named *** for review. I followed up on March 18th and spoke with *** again. She said she would forward the photos to *** and try to get someone out to fix the issue. I called a few more times and spoke with different people, but it wasn't until March 29th that someone finally created a work order to send someone out to review the countertops. I called back on April 1st to check on the status and was told that *** was still working on it. Overall, the process has been frustrating and slow.
