Real Canadian Superstore review: Television

This is a complaint regarding Manager (Mike. Vandel Pol) who was unable to resolve the problem with the customer (Navneet. B and Pardeep. T) hence making customer look like fool. So it was Saturday 22nd august, me and my husband went to superstore one in Sherwood to buy T.V. When we were looking around we saw that there was Samsung T. V 55 inch displayed With prize tag of $329. We thought it's a good deal so we took it to front to buy. But as a cashier scan the item, prize appeared to be $529 which was later double checked by store manager and turned out that it was tagged wrong for prize. Prize was actually for 49 inch Samsung. When we ask manager to give us 49inch, he said it's out of stock. No apology for wrong display and prizing. Moreover he blamed some other customer regarding putting that prize tag on wrong t.v. He also called somebody in department and changed the prize tag right away. We just need t. v so we went back to look for more deals and we saw another T. V 58 inch in Bulov which was prized for $299. But we checked the tag in detail this time and again prize was wrong on this one too. Prize tag was for 50 inch but displayed t. v was 58 inch. We called manager again and talked to him about same situation. Still no good response from him, still blaming customer for wrong tag and unable to offer 50 inch bulov t. v as it was also out of stock. I think this whole situation is fraud Marketing because u attract customers by putting wrong prize tag and later asking for more money. Moreover no good customer service skills as u r blaming customer itself for not checking tag in detail (tiny notes at bottom of tag). He also refuse to come and talk later to us, cashier told he is in conference now (12.32pm), found him in parking lot smoking (12.35).
We were not at all happy with their service because we live in Edmonton and we drove to Sherwood to buy t.v. Moreover we wasted our 1 full hour on this issue and still no compensation or apology.
