ReadyRefresh review: What's the point?

I used Ready Refresh for less than a year. During that time they missed deliveries, delivered to the wrong address, charged me for the tip and CC fee for a delivery that wasn't made. Every time there was an issue I had to go get my bottles refilled elsewhere. I purchased a bottle of Primo water from Walmart so that I had water which I had to refill multiple times due to the delays and missed deliveries. They refused to give me compensation for the errors and poor service I received. I am not happy with my experience and canceled the service. This is a service for convenience and was everything but convenient. Don't bother
