This is the 2nd time I've been charged for something I NEVER ORDERED from Readers Digest. Only this time I received a COLLECTION NOTICE from PennCredit, a debt collector. I submitted this to the BBB, again. Readers Digest is trying to SCAM people to pay for things they never ordered. How many elderly and mentally disabled people do they scam money from using debt collection fear tactics? I am furious that I even have to spend a minute addressing this. I would like to see a Class Action Lawsuit against them.

Recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH READERS DIGEST or fall for any of their "sweepstakes"

They are doing the same thing to my mother! I filed a complaint with the BBB. Not sure if they can help.
