As I wrote before. I have constant problems with my emails. I have to call every day to address the password problem with one of my email accounts. Astound webmail is totally inaccessible. My personal password changes every day, sometimes twice a day.I have been an RCN customer since 1999. What has happened to their services is unacceptable. In addition, emails are not accessible on my cell phone. Everything was working fine till the beginning of this year.
