So I stayed in Ramada resort side with my family, And the reason I had booked this hotel was because my Loyalty goes with the name "Ramada" I stayed in Ramada hotel several times in different countries and was very happy, however I had the worst experience of my life in Antalya, Ramada hotel staff where extremely rude! And I even found dry poop on the mattress. The guest at the hotel told me there child good food poising from the all exclusive at the hotel. The rooms where extremely dirty and smelled disgusting! The hotel manager refused to help! And I even made a recordings of there attitude towards me and my family, they refused to check us out so we continue to pay. When i had asked to check out and get an invoice she refused to do so. However I'm extremely disappointed as this is not what Ramada is! It's honestly downgrading you're name! Please look at the reviews online! I didn't even look at any before booking, as I mentioned I trusted the name! And went ahead with it. It says 5* hotel but actually is 2*! It's a real shame as why I had to leave and go to hotel su instead. I can't explain how unhappy I am... I couldn't last 24hrs in that hotel. And the reply I got from the manager was, if you're unhappy leave? Im a loyal customer, and if you look up my stays in Dubai hotel with Ramada up to 5 times you will understand why I'm speechless!
