We payed for an upgraded room with a jacuzzi and we were very displeased and disturbed and disappointed when we realized it was a regular bathtub, without the jacuzzi effect of bubbles and a whirlpool we expected to receive, with our upgrade. We wanted a refund for the amount we spent on our upgraded room.
We spoke with the hotels customer service and the were not friendly and unwilling to be of help.
We hope to be able to consider Ramada Hotles again.

The staff left the bathroom without soap for over twenty four hours and that's disgusting. Will you check out the issue with Denny's and Ramada staff. Thank you for your immediate attention.
