Ralphs Grocery review: Employee called Philip

I've been a loyal Kroger & Ralph's shopper for years as well as my whole family

This all changed on Friday, July 25th at Ralphs on 711 S Weir Canyon rd., Anaheim Ca 92808 when I was mocked and made fun of infront of other present customers by an employee called "Philip" who works in the front end department as a Cashier.

Philip made fun of me for playing scratchers and buying items in the clearance section in a way to make other employees laugh on his jokes. He also made fun of me for asking for a bag after it happened that the cashier has closed the bill and in the end I hear him say "CHEAP". I didn't think I needed one until last minute. It's not about the price of the bag but since he took it in this context "I WENT TO MY CAR AND GRABBED A HANDFULL OF COINS AND CAME BACK IN AND GAVE IT TO HIM TO SHOW HIM THAT IT IS NOT ABOUT SAVING THE 10 CENTS. The guy called philip never misses an opportunity to make fun of me when he sees me in the store. This is the third time it happens with the same employee"Philip" who believes he can throw jokes on me to make others laugh. I have never reported it before because I dont want any drama and I thought its just a one time bad experience but it still went on for another 2 times. This is when I had enough and im writing this complaint. I just want to shop at what used to be my favorite store without being mocked and bullied by your front end employees that are supposed to be the face of your store

I am sooo disappointed and very hurt from his behavior.
