Rainbow Shops review: the spanish lady that worked there

My son went to return a dress at this particular location on wed aug 7th at 12 noon. The spanish lady that was there said she was the manager there but would not give me her name. I find that odd cause i was going to put a complaint about her. I had gotton a dress and my receipt was only 7days old. She said you cant return items that are 7days old. Yet on the website it says up to 30days to return. She wanted to give store credit and i told my son no put it back on my credit card. She gave him a hard time and wouldnt give her name. This is ridiculous and she said she was the manager. Well if she were then she would know you have 30 days to return items. Very bad experience. Then she called someone then finally put it back on my card. The woman should b fired or at least a write up.thank you. [protected]@gmail.com julie verwey
