Rainbow Shops review: customer service

I visited this Rainbow location on Saturday, August 25, 2019, around 6:30pm. I am 8 months pregnant and had been in the store for an half hour searching for something to wear to my babyshower which was the following day. I picked out several garments to try on and asked a manager/ employee on schedule that day could I use the fitting room and she told me no because prior customers were complaining about hygiene problems in the fitting room. She spoke loudly where as other customers could hear her speaking. I asked how long it would until I could try on the garments and she responded nonchalantly that she didn't know. I asked if she could improvise and put something on the floor so that I could try on the garments and she said no. She was very unprofessional, careless and non- accommodating. I was very upset, I left in tears. I was very tired and just wanted to find something nice to wear to my babyshower.
