I cannot seem to find anywhere to praise a customer advisor so I will try here. I have just had to get a VE103 to go to France. I am a terminally ill patient with cancer and my grown children had arranged a surprise trip to France to watch my favourite Rugby league team Wigan Warriors play in Paris. I found out that I should have had the form with 3 weeks notice, I had 3 days. I rang the RAC Motability number and explained my situation to Emma from Bristol. I was obviously concerned and anxious and her first words were " Its ok I can help with that" She continued the conversation in very professional and friendly way. I had the documents the next door. I cannot thank her enough as it enabled my to create a memory for my family and myself whilst I am still alive. So I hope someone from RAC motor group sees this and gives Emma the feedback and as she predicted my team won.
