Got an estimate on Aug 4, 2020. Left my car on Aug 11, 2020 at *** and got a rental car. On Aug 19, 2020, I got a call from the body shop at ***. They told me (in broken English) that my car would be done on Friday, but the wheel alignment wouldn't be done until Monday morning. I could pick up the car Monday afternoon at their shop. I told them that I dropped off the car at the *** shop and needed to pick it up there. The gentleman told me that I could pick it up on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday, and they said the car was ready. When I arrived to drop off the rental and pick up my car, they told me that I owed additional *** because my car had been ready since the 20th. They had left messages on a phone I had told them wasn't monitored except when I left my home (no coverage in my house). I had 2 missed calls but no messages. Pro Tech LIES to their customers, and I am filing a claim for insurance fraud.

My car was at Pro Tech on May 16, 2022 and I got a rental until May 28th. After that, my insurance ran out so I've been without a car while they were supposed to be "working" on it. They didn't tell me when the parts would arrive. I found out that they didn't get the parts until May 31st. They kept sending me automated emails with false information until the second week of June. I called them on June 6th and found out they barely did any work on my car. They had my car since May 16th and didn't do any work. They didn't tell me the parts weren't in until I called on June 6th. They said it would be done on June 18th, but then they called me that week and said it would be delayed. I told them I would complain if it wasn't done by the 18th. I contacted my insurance company on June 14th and they've been pushing them to fix my car. Now my battery is dead and they won't charge me for it. My 2020 car had no battery problems, but they can't get it to work. It will probably be done on June 21st. This is the worst service I've ever received. They're lazy and shady. I won't pay $500 for a car they keep pushing out and not completing for over a month. I need help. It's just not right.
