QuikTrip review: clerk is a jerk

I don't know if this guy was in a bad mood or if that is just the way he is but he could not have been more rude, condescending and just flat out an [censored] without any provocation in any way. I walk in with 2 scratcher lottery tickets and lay them on the counter for him to check. Well it seems that I forgot to scratch the barcode off on one of the tickets. Instead of proceeding with his job he just stands there staring at the ticket for at least 20 seconds. All the while there were people needing to check out. I finally said something and in a condescending tone and manner, in front of 5-6 other patrons he proceeds to tell me that I need to scratch off the bottom of the ticket, which I always do but this time I missed one. I was embarrassed and didn't really care if he paid for the winning tickets or not. I just wanted to leave and never return. I hope someone sees this complaint and actually says something to the [censored] before someone drags his sorry [censored] over the counter and stomps a mud hole in it. Or maybe wait until he's off work and then stomp the much deserved mud hole in his [censored] at that time.
