QuikTrip review: Cashier, they never have my brand of cigarettes

This store lacks friendliness and qualified workers, the cashier was having trouble counting money and couldn’t find my cigarettes, the other cashier didn’t even help him. Also they are always put of my brand of cigarettes which are Marlboro brand.

I have worked for Wawa for 23 years, who focuses on friendliness to customers and fast service. I was in management.

This store should be embarrassed, it’s the 1900 Lower Roswell Rd., Marietta, GA

Wawa can’t get here soon enough!

Desired outcome: Maybe be more friendly and have products

Quick Trip at 1900 Lower Roswell, Marietta,Ga, has the most unfriendly atmosphere, and inexperienced employees, they never have my brand of cigarettes , which is a Marlboro brand. The cashier was having trouble counting money for change, and no one offered him assistance finding my cigarettes.

I worked for Wawa, for 23 years, I. Management , where we focus on friendliness, customer service and knowing our customers, as speed and efficiency.

Wawa can’t get here fast enough. This store should be embarrassed
