Quick Quack Car Wash review: Promo code
So I used the QR code on a promo card I received from the dealership when I bought my new (old) car. I could not get it to work and so I called customer service. After trying a few things like reentering my information and trying the employee log in...they informed me that actually there wasn't anything else they could do to help me. Really? I sent photos of everything...I am not trying to scam them. Oh and she informed me that customer service is for their customers. Ouch. I guess I won't be a future customer. (I originally tried to use my promo code at a location. They told me I had to do it online.)
Claimed loss: Between going to the location and buying my wash since they told me I would have to sign up online, the time trying online and then writing this complaint....60 minutes of my time and however much my wash was..12.00?
Desired outcome: I would like to have a free month of service at which time I will decide if I want to keep it again now that I have found another job. I only cancelled in the first place because I became unemployed and needed to cut down on expenses.
