Quick Quack Car Wash – Broken passenger door mirror ( 1 comment)

I took my vehicle for a wash on 07/27/2025 and ended up with a broken driver side mirror as a result of the powerful spinning brushes. The spin on the brushes was so strong that my vehicle was rocking. I submitted an incident report and did not get a response until two weeks later (was supposed to be 3 business days). All to be told that they determined that the cover was not clipped--which is a total lie! I've been to drive- through washes before and hand-washed my vehicle for the last few months. I thoroughly inspect my 2023 vehicle and have had no issues with my mirrors. So, now I'm stuck with purchasing a $300 mirror plus installation. I wasn't even offered my money back--not even an apology. I was told to "have a great day!" via an email response.
