I am lodging a complaint because when I ordered a part on the 7th of september 2023, and the person whom I spoke with that morning said it would be shipped that afternoon and I should expect it in 5-7 days, I paid them said thank you sent about my business and when the 3rd or 4th day came about I hadn't received a tracking number. So I inquired as to what the deal was and the next day received a message saying the just sent it out that day and now I wouldn't record emy part 4 days after the original due date, witch I just did not handle very well so I called and they gave me some stupid excuses and I argued with them for about 20 mins before they finally gave me a measly 25 dollar discount on 285 dollars, and said there's nothing they can do it's already been sent, yad yada yada. But it's costing me more moneys cuz I have to rent a vehicle for me to get back and fourth to work so I now had to rent a vehicle for 4 more day at the rate of around 500 bucks so the discount they told me id getjustvdors nothing forme.
