This whole process from start to finish was wonderful. I like that a proof of your design along with the all the order details and pricing is sent to you first to confirm before they start processing your order. There was communication throughout the whole process and it my items came so quickly, and customer service was 10/10. I absolutely loved the tote bags that I received. Quality was great and I will definitely be doing business again with QLP! Definitely recommend!

After a terrible experience with another well-known (ComplaintsBoard.com Accredited, unfortunately) custom product company, we found Quality Logo Products. Our rep was incredibly fast with all communication, informed us right away that the color we wanted wasn't in stock anymore and let us know about the status of the other colors. We got our order placed within a day and received our product very quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be working with them again!

I am very pleased with the elite service I received from Quality Logo Products. Their team assisted me every step of the way. I can't remember a better customer service experience in forever! I had a very tight deadline for promo products for a trade show due to another vendor dropping the proverbial ball. My product was delivered three days earlier than expected to boot. The product itself was of superb quality and workmanship. I have definitely added Quality Logo Products to my preferred vendor list.

Our program has used this company twice now in the past year and we haven't been disappointed with their service. The products come back as shown in the proofs. If an item is out of stock they are very quick to let us know, and even find another item to replace it with at no cost. Our Sales Rep John and Assistant Pat are great with keeping us up to date and response time is always right away. The quality of the products are great, we can't complain. We are very satisfied with the company and the representatives.

I love that Sani-Mist are handy; you can carry them anywhere and they're not bulky. Especially in the times we're in. These are great promotional items with our logo! I recently did a Spring Fair and handed these out with some lip balm and it was a hit :) everyone loved that we were giving out something that is relevant to the times. Staying Safe! I have placed 2 orders, first for engraved pens and second for engraved flash drives. Both orders were processed correctly and shipped/delivered on time. The products are good quality and I have received many compliments from clients, especially for the pens. I had ordered pens from another vendor a few years ago and ended up throwing most of them away and reordering my pens with Quality Logo Products. And the service agent (whose name I cannot disclose) who helped with my orders was quick to respond and very helpful. From now on, I will go to QLP website first for my logo product needs.

I ordered some tote bags for our school Bookroom. In the past, each teacher has provided some sort of "conveyance" for their students to pick up books each week. Through a generous donor we decided to order book bags for the whole school! Having the logo imprinted on the bags has the teachers so jazzed! The students haven't seen them yet--they'll be passed out next week. But we anticipate excitement from them as well. Quality Logo Products was great with follow-up every step of the way. Excellent customer service! I like that there was 1 go to person assigned (John Smith) you could always speak to on the phone about changes or additional mock-ups. All responses and follow-up emails were prompt and the energy and enthusiasm from conversations or emails made me feel as if Quality Logo Products was as excited for us as we were. Best of all - availability, updates and ETAs were very transparent and we received our backpacks a day before they were promised. As a company approved supplier, they were recommended to me, but my experience means that I will always return to Quality Logo Products for purchasing customized employee incentives. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing! From the second I hit submit on my order I was given perfect customer service and follow up.
