Quality Built Pergolas

I bought a Pergola from Quality Built Pergolas in 2020 with 2 sun shades. The salesman wrote up my contract with 1 free sun shade and 1 that I paid for. I asked if the shades would come with the install, and I said I wouldn't want the Pergola without them. I've contacted the salesman on many occasions, and he promised the shades would arrive and set up an install date. On May 12, the company told me they couldn't find any shades and offered to refund me for one. I asked if I'd get a refund for the free one too, and they said they'd get back to me. The shades were important because it's a rooftop with lots of sun. I told the salesman that I'd only buy the Pergola if the shades came with it, as agreed at the time of purchase. I want a full refund and for them to remove the Pergola as per the contract.
