Pure and Gentle Disappointing Soap and Terrible Customer Service from Pure and Gentle

i ordered some soap from Pure and Gentle and i gotta say, i was pretty disappointed. first off, the bottle it came in was super flimsy and it broke in transit. when i contacted customer service about it, they told me tough luck and that i had to buy a whole new bottle. like seriously? that's just cheap. and to top it off, the customer service was terrible. they were rude and unhelpful. i definitely won't be ordering from them again. save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
