LuxBath

In 2018, we hired LuxBath to remodel our small bathroom. They did a tub-to-shower conversion, installed a shower door, a new vanity, and did some minor carpentry. We found out about LuxBath through a company called *** that makes solid surface tub/shower walls, shower bases, and vanity tops. They recommended LuxBath to us. We were happy with the *** product and LuxBath's installation. So, in October , we decided to hire LuxBath again to remodel our master bathroom using the same *** products. We gave them a 50% deposit of $6,527. *** told us that he wouldn't be able to start until after the new year (2022) because he had other jobs to finish and there were delays in getting supplies from *** due to Covid and supply chain issues. We thought it was a reasonable explanation and didn't suspect anything was wrong. But when the new year came, we contacted *** to ask for a start date. He said our materials were still coming in slowly and expected them to arrive in February. We didn't hear from him, so we texted him to ask about the start date. He said our materials would be delivered on 2-21-22 and he would start our project on 2-28-22. A few days before the 28th, he texted us saying his work truck had major mechanical issues and he couldn't find a replacement. That was the last we heard from him. We've sent him many texts and left voicemail messages, but he hasn't responded. We've been patient, but our patience is running out.
