Purchased online with Pay Just No, completed full payment last month. My husband wore the jacket yesterday for the first time and both zippers of the jacket cannot pull up as the material is stuck in the zipper. It is clearly a factory default, so I would like the jacket replaced and or substituted with another item. This is a huge inconvenience to go through the whole process again.
