I want to be frank about my experience as a customer and how I felt I was treated. First off, upon receiving this item on Nov22 I was thrilled. Over all the product is nice. Upon receiving it I also noticed a unpleasant smell but made no mention of it because I planned to wash it myself. When my husband came home that night he said it was a bit big. I am usually a size M, but contacted the shop to request an exchange. Tara agreed, and I asked her about returning in the same "packaging" as what it came in. She said to pack it with protection and send it off. So I did just that. It's been a week now, and apparently the shop received my order back on Nov 26. But never mentioned it because of being a small family business which I didn't know. Had I known I would not have felt a little neglected when Tara basically told me that they WOULD ship my product next week because they were handling other orders during Black Friday. I messaged back a little discouraged making the point that I bought and paid for my product before her new order, hoping that, that would help me get it sooner before my trip. Instead, she came back with accusations of me smoking, stating that because of the "smell" and lack of tags I will not get an exchange but I will be fined a restocking fee even though she made it clear that it will need to be donated because of those two reasons. And basically to never "shop" from there store ever again. Needless to say I was shocked at first, trying to understand what just happened. It takes nothing to retag something. And the smell again was not from me, as I never took it anywhere because I only had product for a short few days, and returned immediately. Besides I never smoked in my life, so the smell again, was not from my home, but from when I first got it. I explain this clearly, and still got fined, refunded partially, and ignored. It took money to ship that item back for exchange, the least this company could have done was be more nicer, and understanding. If they didn't want me as a customer they could have not fined me, especially after refusing to give me back my paid for item. I am really appalled at the lack of care for customer service this "small business" has. I am a business owner myself and could never see myself treating someone like that.

Desired outcome: Refund full item and no restocking fee!

Spool72 boots broke upon first wear. no response from the site.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my wife for Christmas from this site. The Bad: The heel on one of the shoes fell apart upon first wear. The Worst: They wouldn't respond to my email about my concerns with their product. It says something when they won't even respond to emails. Save yourself some time, money, and in my case embarrassment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Spool72 I don't recommend this website

The clothes are great, it's true. But there's a hugggge BUT.
But the other things are terrible: from customer service to quality of clothes.
Well, let's start from the beginning. I ordered wonderful boots in September, they arrived 50 days later and one of the boots was torn right in the middle. I was frustrated because it was hard not to notice such a big problem. I called them right away and they said I had to send a picture of the boots. I did and waited forever for them to reply.
So they replied 3 weeks later saying that I can't return and get my refund because I had to write them within 30 days after receiving my package.
What do you think I did, dumb heads? Ugh. I won't leave it that way and piss you off until you refund all of my money.

Spool72 terrible experience!!

I was not satisfied with my order and everything I got was too small and did not fit. When I messaged Spool72 customer service hoping to get a replacement for the bigger sizes they replied in a rude manner and said that it was not possible. They really did not care and no help was ever provided.
Then I went to their Facebook page and left a negative comment there. It was deleted in a second. I posted another one and the same thing happened and after that they just blocked me!
Never received a replacement and was stuck with clothing I could not even wear! The most terrible online shopping experience in my life!

Spool72 the delivery was awful. zero stars

I will never again use the website www.spool72.com. Awful attitude towards customers and their orders. I bought vintage hat and dress from them. I placed the order on Monday, and the seller informed me that the delivery would take 3 days. I got it on time, but the items were packed badly and the hat was rumple and the dress dirty. The seller simply told me “no” to all my requests. Don’t use this website.

Spool72 they charged me and haven't delivered order and the customer services were useless

I bought two dresses and gown from the company www.spool72.com. I placed order and paid for it, but the seller decided to fool me and hasn’t provided my order at all.
