My credit card was stolen information was stolen and charged for 2 different storage facilities with Public Storage in Houston, TX. on July 2, 2026.
Public Storage # 28102
12400 Fondren Road
Houston, TX 77035
and
Public Storage # 22076
8633 West Airport Blvd
Houston, TX 77071
I have the exact date and amounts of the charges from both facilities. I reached out to both Public Storage facilities, spoke to the property managers at both locations and their Corporate office and spoke to a lady named Leticia at the Corporate office. She was very rude and stated that I had to deal with it with my bank.
i told her that I had already reached out to my bank. They stated that I would either have to cancel my credit card or reach out to the facilities to reverse the charges.
I addressed this concern to Puble Storage Corporate (Leticia) and she refused to help out. My card is set up for autopays for numerous personal business and it is huge hassel to reach out to every single business to change card numbers. Not to mention, these criminals that steal credit cards information and use them illegally should be punished and get them to reverse the payments immediately.
Public Storage refuses to help out. They are protecting their customers only since they get their business. They are practicing an unethical business practice by not helping the general public when their own customer committed a crime. This should be addressed immediately and charged to Public Storage for unethically business practices.
A police report has been reported and waiting on the charges for further investigation. However, it is very sad that a business refuses to help a criminal matter when I have all the proof necessary to convict their customer.
I highly recommend no one to use Public Storage at any location due to poor unethical business practices.
