I have to say, I'm very satisfied with the service of PS Mortgage Lending. Special shout out for my mortgage broker Abdel - he is one of a kind, always available, ready to explain, stress-free, and the best thing - I closed in a month, and I was not an easy one case. I highly recommend PS Mortgage Lending.

We have refinanced our reverse mortgage several times extracting capital as property values rose via Phil Smith and his PS Mortgage Lending. Unlike so many unsolicited callers who are just a voice with no face, I know who Phil is, he is nearby and in person reachable if necessary and proven reliable as to what he and his staff says and delivers on. He represents the difference between a voice on telephone and a real person. We would use him again and have referred others to Phil and PS Mortgage Lending.

Guys I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had researched reverse mortgages and knew one could fit my needs. When I spoke with Phil Dixon he was professional, honest and ethical. We began our journey together and I supplied what he asked me to in a timely fashion. When I had questions I would email BOTH Phils and would get answers really quick from both men. The three of us made great teammates. They inspired great confidence all along the way. I appreciate and need honesty, ethics, character and fairness in my business relationships. Philip Dixon, Phillip Stevenson and PS Mortgage Lending came through at every turn in our journey. I never once felt like I was dealing with "a salesman only" situation. These guys were first class in their dealings with me. I truly felt and knew I was in great hands.
