Would like to file a complaint against a very rude, disrespectful , arrogant and childish uniformed young chinese staff towards a couple elderly client and using wrong entrance with a honk and rude arguments, as a civil person and customer has been badly treated,do have a car cam recording as an evidence...We will never forget and forgive this incident in life!

Ingin buat aduan terhadap seorang staff pemuda (dipercayai bangsa cina)yang kurang mesra telah halang pintu masuk laluan dan bunyi honk serta keluar kenderaan dengan marah marah terhadap customer dan pemandu,seolah-olah dia yang tidak bersalah dan memarahi kami, tiada tindakan terhadap dia dan tiada rasa bersalah untuk memaafkan...hanya management balas..."munkin dia sibuk." Sebagai sendiri pemandu dan customer yang hemah dan sopan, hanya senyap dan diam diri ...saja.

Tindakan sewajahnya dari pihak amat dihargai supaya tidak diulangi.
