Pada Bulan 5/2023 saya telah membuat permohonan untuk membeli kereta saga STD bersama seorang sales person proton Taman Melawati Kuala Lumpur yang bernama Chan Zhen Sin. Saya telah memaklumkan untuk trade in kereta lama saya sebagai downpayment kereta. Dia telah menghubungi carsome Malaysia dalam urusan trade ini dan dia memaklumkan yang wang akan terus masuk ke akaun proton. Hampir tiga bulan saya tunggu kereta, tapi dia memberi bermacam alasan yang kereta tiada. Saya buat keputusan untuk cancel Dan dia maklumkan proton Akan refund ke akaun saya Dalam tempoh sebulan. dia berjanji yang proton memasukkan tepat pada waktu. Apabila sudah cukup sebulan, Wang masih tidak masuk. Saya menghubungi dia, Dan dia mengatakan dia telah menggunakan wang tersebut. Apabila saya check Di Carsome, dia telah meletakkan akaun isterinya sebagai third party. Saya memang Akan ambil serious hal ini kerana jumlah kerugian sebanyak rm5000. Dia menjanjikan until membayar sedikit sedikit tapi sampai harini saya Masih belum terima payment

Desired outcome: Saya nak refund kembali
