To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent order of your latest launch, the S70 Flagship (Black) from your store at Proton Plentong 4S - Velocity Automobile Sdn. Bhd. Despite placing the order earlier this year with the understanding of a potential two-month waiting period, the situation has become intolerable.

To date, there has been no assurance of receiving the car by the end of this month, and the lack of updates on its status is completely unacceptable. This ongoing delay has turned what should have been an exciting first purchase into an absolute nightmare.

It is utterly inconceivable that production for this vehicle is still ongoing after such an extended period. Furthermore, promises of complimentary items have been made, yet the car itself has not even arrived.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Someone within your organization must take ownership of this matter and ensure the delivery of my car as promised. I find it ludicrous to believe that there is a shortage of stock for the color and model I specifically ordered — black. I will not entertain any suggestion of switching colors; I booked and paid for black, and that is what I expect to receive.

If there are indeed unforeseen delays, it is imperative that I am informed promptly. The lack of follow-up from your team is not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional. While the salesperson assisted during the booking process and mentioned potential delays, it is evident that this issue requires intervention from management.

Considering the significant additional waiting time, I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. My intention is not to resort to airing my grievances on social media, but rather to receive the car as promised and be kept informed throughout the process.

However, should I not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will have no choice but to share my frustration publicly.

Desired outcome: GET MY CAR DELIVERED!!!
