I am Mr.Wong Chee Chong ( car plate number :VJU 6983). I had had my car serviced at Cahaya Automotive Sdn.Bhd in Segambut Tengah.My mileage is 40,522 km.On 24.10.2025, the service bill totals RM1385.42 and then recently I was told is impossible as my car is only Persona Executive and no important parts of my car like starter,aircon.. broke down,Could you check as I encountered a service provider there once told me to change the keyless control with the price tag RM300 but I declined.Next service , another good serviceman just used a device to tuned my keyless control.Another case happened last year .The service men there told me why I contacted HQ with the component which they said I had to pay or keep the car at there for two weeks if I wanted to get the problem solved although my car was still under warranty.They said they had been reprimanded by HQ .As a result In the same day,they got it from other outlet or HQ(I,'m not sure which component as I have forgotten). Because of the price charged,I declined aircon service as well as car blake replacement at 24-10-2025.Please take a look at the image uploaded and if overcharged,I hope I can get the refund for which charge is overpriced.I also notice that they don't even ask me to write my signature in the uploaded image.My email address is [protected]@gmail.com (not [protected]@hotmail.com anymore as it is not reachable) .If your esteemed company wants to give me the explanation,use the first email address.I do hope nobody , another victim will encounter what I have gone through since the aftermath I contacted HQ in the first time last year or in 2023.Thanks.Happy new year.
