I am very disappointed in my experience with Propersoft. According to their website, they claim that they can convert documents from pdf to qbo, (in my case, it's for QuickBooks Desktop), but after trying them for a short time (a trial, then a subscription for one month), I'm not getting the results I was led to believe were possible. I've tried to be patient but you can't put a business on hold. That just doesn't work.
Claimed loss: One week of no service which is unacceptable. Cannot operate a business under those circumstances.
Desired outcome: Reluctantly, I will have to request a refund if I can't get what's being advertised and what I paid for. It's been a week since I submitted the problem, and still no resolution. I think they need to be more truthful on their website.
