This company is the worst! I can't believe how terrible their customer service is. I ordered a dress from them and it was completely wrong. I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now and they just keep giving me the runaround. And now, when I try to email them, the email address listed on their website doesn't even work anymore! It's like they're trying to avoid me.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from them. They have a terrible reputation online and I should have known better. The photos attached to this review are just a small sample of the problems people have had with this company.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Promstyle. The items I received were not at all like what was pictured on the website, and when I tried to request a full refund, they only offered me a measly 10% compensation. It's really frustrating to feel like you've been scammed like this.

OMG! This is like a total scam, don't waste your precious time, energy and money with promstyle (promstyle.com) cuz it sucks! I swear, the dress I ordered wasn't even there, they shipped some other random crap that wasn't even described on the website! And it's not just me, there are tons of others who have been ripped off by these low-life hustlers. I mean, seriously, they're taking advantage of us poor consumers. My experience with Promstyle was simply disappointing. I recently purchased a dress from them, and to my dismay, the quality was less than subpar. The dress appeared to be made by someone who is a novice in a sewing class. In addition, one of the shiny things that was on the dress was stuck in the zipper, making it nearly impossible to even unzip the dress.

When I initially saw the picture of the dress on the website, it appeared to be made of glass or some type of sparkly material. In actuality, the dress was adorned with tiny, cheap-looking, shiny circles that only made the dress appear to be tacky.

All of these issues resulted in an overall terrible experience, and I would recommend that you do not waste your time with Promstyle. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend that you secure a dress from another retailer, unless you want to be disappointed and feel like your purchase was a waste of money.

So I wanted to get a graduation dress for my daughter and I decided to order it from Promstyle. I submitted my order in May and my daughter's graduation was just last week. Can you believe that I still haven't received the dress? It's been such a hassle trying to get my money back too. They keep telling me that they're trying to locate the dress and that they need more time. It's like they don't understand that the event already passed.

I've been asking for weeks to cancel my order and just get my money back. But it seems like they're dragging their feet. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order from them again. Their customer service is terrible.

So, I was scrolling through Promstyle (promstyle.com) searching high and low for the perfect dress for a Gastby Themed Party. Then, I stumbled across this beauty that caught my eye in a jiffy. I was thrilled to have found 'the one'. I immediately placed my order without even thinking twice. But, I gotta say something... the experience went downhill pretty quick from there.

I was so excited for it to arrive, but when it eventually did- I was immensely disappointed. I mean, it looked nothing even close to what I imagined.

The image shown on the website was absolutely gorgeous, but the dress I received was anything but. It was cheap, tacky, and poorly made. I paid $100 dollars for it, and I'm honestly so angry. I can't believe I fell for it.

I am so frustrated with Promstyle right now. I ordered a dress on January 19th and it said it would be shipped within 24 hours. I even paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 1 to 3 days. But it's already February 7th and still no dress! I missed my friend's party because of this and I'm really upset.

I want my money back! These people are scammers and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Zero stars! I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.
