Duke Energy review: Rip-off

I have solar panels and my bill since installation has never been more than $60.00. I received a notice my bill will increase to $179.00 for 3 months. When I did an online chat. It was if the person was programmed. I was told to cut back on my usage. Now mind you I am single keep my thermostat on 78 in the summer 72 in the winter. My home is only 940 sq foot. Duke Energy does not care about their customers only their bottom-line profit. This should be against the law but maybe Duke is lining the powers to be pockets. Now Duke Energy has the nerve to ask for a pay increase. We seniors are having to choose between groceries medication or paying an extremely high amount for power! They know it's a monopoly and not one thing can be done.
