Personally I would be suspicious if a shop told me my car needed a new engine and that they just happened to have one right there.

How is a banner reading Kabbah and Sons implying anything about Allah?

If it is always son unpleasant, why do you keep going back?
Try contacting the manufacturer.

I'm fairly sure you would know if you are a first time home buyer. Since the IRS decided you did not qualify, I am guessing you are not. Knowing this and turning in the form to get the credit is known as tax fraud. Sure the tax preparer screwed you, but you were trying to pull a fast one and got caught.

First of all, I doubt the person who denied your check makes $10 an hour, more like min. wage. Secondly, as someone who has worked at businesses that used telecheck, I can tell you that when a check is declined we don't think it is because you did something illegal. All we think about is that Telecheck denied your check, not why they did so.
So you bought a Mastercard gift card and put it in an envelope which you gave to your son, and when he opened it it was an American Express card? My question would be "Where did the American Express card come from?"

So why didn't your husband drain the gas and clean the carb before taking it in for repair if he is so smart? Anyone knows you don't leave gas in the tank more than 30 days unless you put fuel stabilizer in it.

You mean like all the people who piss you off at Walmart have gotten fired?

But maybe you were the only customer in that area who needed a later delivery.
If you didn't want the credit card you should have just said NO.
How did you get a bill with late fees when you never got a bill?

It is not the cashier's job to make sure they leave with everything, their job is to make sure they bag everything. Once the customer pays the merchandise is their responsibility. If you are so concerned, why didn't you call out to her?

While there is no guarantee it will solve anything, Peter J. Brockman is correct. If you don't let the GM or franchisee of the location no of these issues, they won't be fixed.
How will you be certain that any other store you go to doesn't use adulterers in their advertising?
Why in the world would they change if, despite poor service and bad food, you still go back 3 to 4 times a week?

If they tell you they will be ready in 7 minutes, but you walk away then they probably figure you don't want them and go on about their other tasks. On the other hand, if you let them know you will wait then they would probably make them right then and there.

It is fairly standard for employees NOT to give their last names to customers, especially in retail. I'm pretty sure that if you contacted corporate and told them the same thing you posted here that they can figure out who Ken is without you having his last name.

If you weren't going to buy the item because it had no price on it then why did you bother asking the employee what the price was?
"Mind you my husband and I are well off" Each complaint you post only reinforces the fact the that money cannot buy class.
If they no longer had the unlimited plan available, in what way could the Walmart support team get your service changed to that plan?
Apparently the OP selected frames that are too small for his/her head so that they cause pain and they somehow feel that it is the fault of JCPenney Optical. It would also seem that someone, perhaps the employees at JCP Optical tried to show some sympathy/empathy and the OP feels that there is no way they can know how he/she feels unless they have themselves been foolish enough as to not try on eyeglass frames before purchasing.

I just read your oh so polite pm to me and have to ask, what is the point of your complaint? Seems to me the whole thing started because of a missing price tag and you started getting abusive to the employee when they offered to scan it and stated you wouldn't buy it if it wasn't priced. So my original question still stands, why ask the price if you weren't going to buy it anyway? Also, based on the anger coming through your pm to me, I would guess that there was a real good chance your kids were in danger. However, it would not be Walmart's fault if something happens to them, but yours, and only yours.
In all honesty, I never posted this as a complaint, if you think about it, as a complaint it makes no sense since it makes reference to a post that is not here. It was originally a comment on a complaint.

From Wikipedia "Some food carts are towed by another vehicle, while some alternatively are pushed by a human." Alongside the article is a picture of a food cart being towed by a pickup truck. So apparently, not all food carts are push carts after all.
