Apparently Krishna did, in fact, fix your phone since you were able to use it to complain. Since you said this occurred in the evening, perhaps Bryce answered as he did because he was actually off work.
I think you are full of BS, banks do criminal background checks prior to hiring anyone. Like the others have stated, you have probably opened yourself up to all sorts of possible legel action.
Why don't you call corporate and ask what the policy is?
If he was off work then yea, maybe he only had one phone with him. Perhaps they gave you his personal number, not his work number. As for not asking what the problem was, I admit to being a bit snarky with the first portion of my response. Finally, I do not work for ATT anywhere (although my cell phone service is with them).
Was the item number on the 9.99 hook the correct one for the filter? Just wondering, but even if it wasn't, if the 9.99 hook was filled completely with the wrong item they should have let you have it for that price. If you know the bags are cheaper online, why don't you just get them from there?
You mean you have absolutely no idea what phone number(s) your father had before he passed away? Really, how many different numbers could he have used? As for the no-start problem, try changing the fuel and spark plug and make sure you prime it properly.
I too have never had a bad experience with ATT customer service. I went in to buy a new phone right after the iPhone 4 came out and they had the 3GS for $49.99 vs. $400+ for the 4. I asked the guy what the big difference was and he said "well the 4 has a camera facing toward you as well as one facing out." As I do not need to feed my ego with the latest tech I chose the 3GS. When I bricked my phone by jail-breaking it, I took it in and told them what happened and they restored it for me with no problem.
You state that in Virginia you were able to return cases if they didn't fit, but in the DC store you had not purchased the case yet. Are you sure that in Virginia they would have let you open the case in the store, prior to buying it? Did you ask if you could open the package, or just try to open it on your own? On another note, how many cell phone cases do you need to buy at Radio Shack that you don't already know what fits your phone?
They should have credited your debit card, then you would have to wait for your bank to process the credit, usually about a week LOL. you paid with a card, why in the world would they give you cash back?
If you have antivirus software and set it up correctly, then these kind of scams wouldn't work on you.
How was/am I passive? If I have a problem with customer service I address it with the person/people I have the problem with. I certainly do not ### about it anonymously online.
If I have a complaint about ATT I'll complain, thus far I have had no problems with the service or the peple. Therefore, I have nothing to complain about. I was not aware that I was defending them, I was merely pointing out a possible reason for the manager not saying anything about ATT when he answered a call in the evening.
Maybe when they made his stop schedule for the day the delivery did not show as having been made. Not that you should have to, but did it cross your mind to call on Wednesday to verify he was coming, and let him know the parts had arrived? Finally, while $70, 000 sounds like an impressive amount, it breaks down to less than $200 a month.
I always get a kick out of people commenting about others only being tough on the computer, and then talking tough on the computer. The irony always makes me laugh. Of course, in this case, corey's response was very weak. Corey, you seem like the type who only calls out people who are in their car, already driving away and then saying something like "yeah you better keep driving." even though they were completely ignoring you.
There was nothing at all in your original post about bar codes not matching, or that being the reason you couldn't get a refund in cash when you made the purchase with a debit card.
Seems to me this person needs to have a care-giver with him whenever he is out and about.
IM, I was thinking the same thing, but I am not familiar with how Walmart does their tractor displays. I know at the Sears I work at they are not fueled, the batteries are not connected and the keys are not with them.
I don't understand. Whenever I go to Subway, I watch while they make my sandwich, since they ask what veggies and condiments I want. I have never seen a customer order and walk away from the counter while their sandwich was being prepared. this being my experience, I must ask, did you watch them put your sandwich together, and if so, did you not notice when they failed to put the LT on your BLT?
I am confused. You state in your first sentence that the manager is abusive and hostile to an employee who complained about it. What is the "it" that you complained about?
I am not familiar with the hospitals of Tampa, but why would Tampa general pay for your stay at St. Joseph? Also, why St. Joseph keep you over night for a sore wrist?
How, exactly, did the dealer "con" you into test driving the 2011 RAV4, and signing the papers?
I assume that you are American, and that you called the U.S. headquarters. You do realize that the chances of that HQ being in direct operational control of the outlet in South Africa is slim to none, right?
MaidaMaya, I've was born in this country. Can you please tell me exactly when this country was racism free because I certainly don't remember that time.
TGH should not have to give you any compensation for the attack. If anyone should, it should be St. Joseph since it took place at their facility by there employee. You say you reported the attack and the employee was fired. Were the police notified? Was the employee arrested?
From what you wrote, Walmart did not put a "no trespass" order on your daughter the first time she stole. So they did, in fact, give her another chance, and she stole again. Why aren't you mad at her "therapist" who thought she was ready to try shopping again? If this person had not said that, perhaps your daughter would not have stolen from Walmart again.
