Why in the world would you buy another car from them if you had a problem the first time?

What was your request and how did you send it "almost three times?"
Rather than changing Drs, I would have changed pharmacies.
If your spelling on you applications was the same as in your complaint, I wouldn't offer you a job either.
I'm not applying for a job, but I'll own my error.
I just wish all the people complaining about the DMV would specify where they are since the DMV is not a single nation-wide entity.

That's right, keep leaving your kid unsupervised and one day you'll find him gone. Then you can complain about how the store doesn't care about their customers because they let your kid get kidnapped. You should NEVER let a young child out of your sight in a public place. My goodness lady, don't you watch the news?

If you think cameras are going to stop a kidnapping you are wrong. They may assist in catching the kidnapper, but by then your kid will be gone. The cameras are not there to watch your kid, they are there to watch for shoplifters. Even if he isn't kidnapped, what if he gets hurt? The toy department is not a day-care center.

Still doesn't tell us what you requested, and I was asking how you sent it "almost" 3 times.
Your second complaint, about the long wait, is more valid than your first. Without a receipt how do they even know you bought the book from them?
First of all, it is apparent that you feel you are better than the employees because your husband works in the home office of the company. Keep acting like a ### in the store and see how long that lasts.. Really, the cashier tried to talk to you? My goodness woman, that is called being polite and interested in your customers. Most people complain about cashiers being disinterested and not saying anything. If the cashier did not try to talk to you, you would be ### that she was rude. BTW what did your husband say when you told him your story?

If the employees get paid for the overtime what's the problem?

This might be a bad policy, but it is hardly illegal to set performance goals for employees, and hold them accountable for not meeting them.

I agreed that the policy itself is not a good one. I merely pointed out that your assertion that it was illegal to have such a policy is incorrect.

I am not one of the managers there, nor am I an employee there. I am however old enough to have been working prior to this current poor economy, and at every job I ever had there were performance requirements to be met, and if I did not like the requirements I was free to leave the job. The only difference now is that there may not be another job to go to. It seems to me that you think that, since the economy is poor, employers should not have performance goals for their employees. What is unfair about the policy if it is applied to the entire waits staff? Nothing at all. If the employees are not meeting all the requirements of the job, then by definition, they are not "good employees."

Repair shops always mark up the parts. That is where they really make money, not on the labor. That's why I do my own work whenever possible.
And you know the dog never left the yard because...?

Ask yourself, do I really want Telecheck, or any other company, to have the ability to access my account balance?

Seems like there is something being left out between the attendant saying she couldn't break the $100 bill and the manager calling the cops.
Jedi, what complaint did you read? Nowhere does the OP mention a man trying to scam a cashier.
Ok, sorry for my lack of comprehension.
The only tools at Sears you do not need a receipt to exchange are Craftsman hand tools. All power tool warranty exchanges require a receipt as most only have a one year warranty.

People should not put "blind faith" into a store when buying things with expiration dates. You should check the dates before buying it, although Paul is correct.
As you dug through the scrubs looking for your size, did you neatly stack the ones that did not meet your needs? I didn't think so. Why do you think they were such a mess when you started? It's because people just like you dig through them and do not put them back nicely. As for you assuming that since the reg. priced ones were the same as the red-lined ones, well you know what happens when you assume.
