BidRack is a scam, Zbiddy, and so is Quibid.

And new one's are popping up every week on TV looking for suckers who think they can get a Ford Mustang for $120.00 or an Iphone for $27.00, or an Android for $19.95.

They cover their butts with the terms and conditions. They are not hidden. When you accept their "terms and conditions", you agreed to be ripped off by them.

Contact your CC company and your Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint.
Your boyfried is an ethical, and honest person.

He realised the bank made a mistake and he did the right thing.

You could learn from his actions.
Bones will break if you twist them enough. Next time you turn, lift your foot.
Stay at a 5 star hotel next time.

You will be very happy you did.
The trouble with all these "cheap" reservations companies, Expedia, Hotwire, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc., is when you make a change, cancel, mistake or not, they do not refund all your money.

They are the "middle men" and they are in business to make money. Because you dealt through them to get a cheap room, the hotels really don’t know or care if you’ve lost out.

You are always better off dealing directly with a hotel when making reservations or bookings. Hotels offer discount rates (AAA, AARP) if you ask for them.

Hotels have their own reservation and cancellation policies and are more accommodating to customers when plans have to change

That chemical can kill your cats.

Wash them quickly and only use flea and tick shampoo next time.

I hope they get better.

That UPS driver work's harder then you that's why he takes home more then you. He takes the time and energy to deliver or pickup a package to YOUR door exactly as addressed.

Because you won't answer the door for him between 1-3 pm, you expect him to now re-deliver your package to a "neighbor 30 ft away".

And you don't think that is a big deal for him? People complain here all the time UPS delivered the package to a neighbor because they wouldn't answer the door when UPS knocked. You complain after making the driver wait, "very heavy door pounding begins." You can't have it both ways.

You want to damm UPS if they do, and damm them if they don't.

If you have scheduled daily pick-up, then you have to be ready when he arrives just like your contract states. Their job is to pick up and deliver packages to the addresses assigned to that customer. And each driver has a route list and time table they have to follow.

If you can't answer the door in time, move your office desk closer to the door so you can answer it quicker or get a surveillance camera system with electronic buzz-in for the driver. And get a big secure drop bin attached to your door so when you are away, the driver can still leave the box with your address.

He has a job to do just like you. Work together.
As soon as you "told her that I had the same problem a couple of times in the past with competitors of theirs'" you admitted to being late paying your bills on time, a couple of times.
Your $0.01 bid actually cost you $0 .60.

Bid Rack, Zbiddy, Quibid are all the same scam.

$60.00 buys you 100, "one cent bids". $90.00 buys you 150, "one cent bids".

These fake "one cent bids" are then used to bid on items. Each bid only shows up as a 1 cent increment on the site when you bid on an item so you "think" you are only bidding one cent.

When you bid 10 cents on an item, you actually spent $6.00.

When you bid 30 cents on an item, you actually spent $18.00.

Those I-phones that you see advertised for selling at $12.98 actually sold for $778.80.

The lucky or un-lucky winner gets an really expensive I-phone and the scammers makes a ton of money, pure profit.

You have to read the fine print to understand how it works. It is a legal rip-off. They will not refund anything to you.

Buyers beware. There are no I-phones for $12.98, or Ford Mustangs for $120.00, or an Android for $19.95.

Use Ebay. What you bid, is what you pay.
It's all for them making money with advertising on the site.

It cost you nothing to play and they pay you nothing when you "win".

There are no payouts. You did not win real money. They are not going to pay you anything.

That is why they do not respond back to you. But you did have fun and it didn't cost you a thing!
Good observation.

Some people who got ripped off by not reading the fine print see it as a scam.

Bid Rack, Zbiddy, Quibid are all the same game. Bidder beware.

as P. T. Barnum is credited: "There's a sucker born every minute".
All banks wait a few days until a large deposit check is verified, if you do not have sufficient funds already on deposit to cover the amount.
UPS did not offer you this service regardless of you requesting them to do so.

UPS does not offer a delivery time option for GROUND service because delivery times are random throughout the day.

You can't ask for a service that does not exist.

Complain to the place you made the online purchase. There is no option to deliver a package after 5 PM.

Get you packages delivered to your work address next time.
When Sears started to act like K-Mart, the quality of their Craftsman tool line, management, and service went downhill.
If you had a metal brake line corrosion failure or have a Chevrolet SUV or truck, read this. The metal brake lines used during manufacturing corrode easily leading to loss of braking and collisions.

Date Investigation Opened : January 5, 2011
Date Investigation Closed : Open
Summary:
The Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) received Defect Petition DP10-003 on March 2, 2010, requesting the investigation of model year (MY) 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD pickup trucks for corrosion failures of the vehicle brake lines.

DP10-003 was granted and on March 30, 2010, Preliminary Evaluation PE10-010 was opened on more than six million model year 1999 through 2003 light trucks and sport utility vehicles manufactured and sold by General Motors Corporation (GM).

On July 2, 2010, ODI received GM's response to an information request, which included GM's assessment of the frequency and safety consequences of the alleged defect.

GM stated that: (1) the brake system of the subject vehicles is split front/rear and should a brake pipe suddenly fail for any reason, the affected vehicle would be capable of stopping with the pressure supplied by the remaining circuit; (2) the subject vehicles were designed to meet the hydraulic circuit partial failure requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 105 and 135, Light Vehicle Brake Systems; and (3) should a brake fluid leak occur for any reason, the brake system malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) would illuminate and warn the driver before the brake fluid level was low enough to cause a loss of line pressure.

Of the 890 total complaints for brake pipe corrosion identified, 761 were located in Salt Belt states (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia and Wisconsin).

The complaint rate per 100, 000 vehicles sold is significantly higher in the Salt Belt, 43.0, compared with 3.0 for the remaining states. In approximately 25 percent of the complaints, the brake pipe failure has allegedly occurred suddenly, with no warning to the driver (i.e., no brake warning light), and resulted in extended stopping distances.

In 26 of these incidents, the increase in stopping distance that resulted was alleged as a factor in a crash and in 10 others the vehicle was intentionally steered off the road or into another lane of travel in order to avoid a crash.

An Engineering Analysis has been opened for subject vehicles sold or currently registered in Salt Belt states to further assess the scope, frequency and safety risks associated with sudden failures of corroded brake pipes that can result in decreased brake effectiveness. ODI will continue to gather information on subject vehicles outside the Salt Belt as well.

If you have any additional facts/complaints, contact NHSTA. They still have an additional investigation open on this. As of now, GM is not doing a recall because no one has been killed.

Sorry to hear about your brothers health problems.

It doesn't seem safe for someone with congestive heart failure and other health problems to be riding a bike late at night.

This could have happened to him while walking. Get him a cell phone so he can call for help in an emergency.

If he is on disability, your local DHS agency might qualify him for a free phone.

Sonic should have at least called 911 for him.
When you go to a bank and make a deposit, the teller gives you a receipt which shows your balance.

"I asked a person who owed me $ 120 to make a deposit into my personal checking account at Sovereign Bank."

The teller gave them a receipt which shows your balance.

If you made the deposit yourself, only you would know the balance.
If you had a metal brake line corrosion failure or have a Chevrolet SUV or truck, read this. The metal brake lines used during manufacturing were not stainless steel, but were inferior quality and corrode easily leading to loss of braking and collisions.

New Year's eve was seven months ago. I hope you're still not waiting for them to show up. It's now July.
If the return policy specifically says Toys R Us Express stores do not accept Fisher Price camera returns, return it to Toys R Us on the Internet.

You could use it as a new birthday or Christmas gift for another lucky child.

Purchased bird seed Dec 6th, almost seven months ago.

Last night, almost seven months later, you told the store manager about it.

You "did not demand a refund; he sure didn't offer anything".

Tell him you would like a refund or replacement bird seed.

That "screeching noise coming from the fan" indicated it needed to be replaced right then.

If you still have it, find the model number on the bottom on the laptop and see if there are any recalls on it.

HP has a decent web site and you might get it fixed for nothing.

Contact Ford warranty yourself. Their number is in the owners manual. If it is indeed a stress fracture, it should be covered.

Check out the internet for similar complaints like yours. If this is a common problem, better for you to get it replaced under warranty.

If it is a fracture from a stone hitting it, contact your insurance company.

If you have comprehensive coverage, they will replace it minus the deductible.
Some brick and mortar stores, like Dick's Sporting Goods, do not take back merchandise purchased through their "online store". It messes up their inventory system.

That is why they say returns are to be made to the online place of purchase.

Go online, select your order, and select "returns". A screen will direct you on how to do it. As the item did not fit, they may send a prepaid return label so it will not cost to return it.
