The Franklin Mint says they guarantee satisfaction but don't EVER let them get your charge account number. I called to cancel what was supposed to be a buy as they come out coin program and then discovered they charged me for the entire collection that will take years to receive. I said I didn't authorize, they said I did and it had been too long ago to get Discover to handle it so I agreed to accept the "credit" they would give me. Placed an order MONTHS AGO that they still don't have in stock and don't know when they will have it in stock! I would not buy from them again!
I purchased an item in early November, I received a confirmation email immediately after. I contacted them after a month. I have yet to hear back from them or receive my item. Definitely a scam.
My experience with franklin mint was not an easy one. First they overcharged me on shipping when I was supposed to have free shipping then they charged me for the wrong order and expected me to pay for a continuing series which I never ordered I even printed out both item numbers to have as proof and still they never apologized or took responsibility for the error. To top it off they send me what was supposed to be a free value and charge me an over the top shipping fee for it so after that I had had enough and I sent the free items back and asked for my refund and stilll they dont make it right they barely gave me back half of what they charged on my card. never again with this company they cost me too many overages and never made it right !
Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
