comcast doesnt control the commericals. The NETWORKS control the commericals. Comcast only broadcast what the networks give them to broadcast
go in the store and get 1. i doubt they will ever change it

if they got a default judgement they can and will garnish your bank account. Did you get served for a court date and no show up?

they did not leave all the purchases pending. The merchant didnt complete the transaction...they have 3 days to do it. You should not be using the internet to check your balance ...it can and will be incorrect. Your hubby was at fault for overdrawing the account . All banks run them thru largest to smallest. legallly if your work puts it over they have to show that BUt can not make it available until your work says. banks refuse to babysit anymore...

all schools are cutting back...unfortunate but true. More then likely the car allowance is built in to his contract so they can not take it away. Here in Fort Wayne they are closing schools left and right. I am sure they are probably going to be doing that every where soon...
if you were standing right there and could not get the pump to stop they shouldnt charge you. if you put the pump on 'auto piolet' and walked away then yes, it is your fault. You are never to leave a pump unattended

if it is THEIr items and they are not stolen then the employee can do what ever they want in their spare time

Unfortunately those fees are probably foreclosurer fees and attorney fees. In your mortgage contract they probably have it written how much they can charge you...class action is not going to help. Unfortunately you are probably going to have to pay the fees or they are going to take the house :-(

USA credit does NOT respond to these post...this is a complaints blog. You need to call them. And how did they get your checking account info anyways if you didnt apply? Yes, they DO charge a hella an app fee.

They do NOT accept 3rd party checks. PERIOD. And thast is what this was. WTH deposits a 22 thousand dollar check in an ATM anyways? This SCREAMS of a scam...

You had what is called a 'dry closing'. That means youclosed on a date before the doc's were dated for and funds were available (for whatever reason...it is semi common). If you have any questions ask YOUR attorney but it sounds like they followed what they were spose to do. they just copied you on to the email for the closing doc's, it is not as bad as you made it out to be . The escrow was fixed it sounds liek ( what did they overcharge you?) and no, you did not pay any more then you should have because the loan didnt fund until you go the keys. ( I am guessing you closed on a friday (the dry close) and it funded on a Monday and you got the keys then)

Really? IF YOU DONT PAY EVERY MONTH THEY CAN AND WILL FORECLOSE. You signed a contract. In that contract you agreed to pay EVERY MONTH. If you do not they will take you house and land. It also says all the fees they can and will charge you. It doesnt matter if those are more then the house is worth. Youi agreed to it when you signed the closing papers. No mortgage company will say "you are not making payments BUT since you have paid X in the past we will not charge you fees or foreclose on you". They also will not say "we know your house is only worth X so if you default we promise to not charge you more fees then you can handle". You signed up for a horrible mortgage willingly to by more house then you could honestly afford. File BK and get rid of the house and be done with this mess.
you inputed something wrong. they dont re-input it...it goes dirrectly from thast page to the bank. sorry but this one is your fault . the bank will not hunt down your acct, they just return it
not saying it is right but they are laying the ground work to go after estate. When he passed away, by law, they are entitled to any estate monies. I know with his treatment there probably is not any BUT they are still going to try. And I warn you...the law is on their side.
