They can keep calling if no one answers. Also they do not have to accept your arrangment. It would be nice if they did but they legally do not have to. I will warn you though they can sue her and will probably win. That could result in her bank account being garnished. Be careful because assuming they can not do anything could cause you both much heartache. You dont want them filing a judgement against her and attaching a lein to her house or bank accounts which they can and probably will do
i am guessing that is internet for your cell phone? If so they require that is you have certain cell phones (pda's) you HAVE to have it. The only way to get rid of it is to get a different phone
sorry, just reread. Google the company...find a text address to text the word 'stop' to. that should stop the service. Make sure no one is texting those cheesy ads you see on the tv and internet from you phone cause that is how you get signed up for it

an orginal lender doesnt NOT, a nd I repeat NOT have to take a cease and desist letter. Only 3 parties have to take that. They also do NOT have to take any less of a payment then was in the orginal agreement. They will sue you and garnish your bank account...along with destroying your credit. Please get some legal advise before a) you bank account has lein against it and frozen or b) have a lein against your house. Also you credit is being ripped to shreds right now. Please seek legal advise asap

they own it if they bought out the loan from the investor. Get a lawyer
Some places they do not to wear gloves...the goverment allows them to make food with clean bare hands. If your state is one of those states they did nothing wrong

Seriously?!
actually I have been reading her post for awhile ( from M3C too) and she is pretty sane and nice. Sounds like you may have a personal issue with her? Are you one of the M3C biased board members who keep pissing people off enough to leave the site?
'Banking is a business that is about profit'. Most people forget that. A bank is a business...they do not care. I am sorry> But if you made the mistakes and admit fault then you cant really call them the devil...you admited fault

^^^^^^^^ ahhhhhhhhh shut up!
ummmmmmmm...spend time with your kids? stop using the tv as a babysitter? They will not cover damage. If you damaged it (dropped, ect) you are out of luck . And dont have so many babies daddies...uck
charge as in escrow? Or force placed insurance? Escrows are always going to be in your monthly payment. If it is forced placed have your agent call them

They will NOT make out a check to you. Insurance makes the check to BOA. BOA pays to have house fixed. The only check you would get is for your personal property. The reason they will not give it to you is the house has to be fixed/rebuilt. They are not allowed to just pay off the mortgage with it and leave you with a half burnt house.

this is the way it is all over. Florida crops froze and no one has tomatoes. Corporate isnt shutting anyone down over it. Pick up a paper and read one of the 90 billion signs all the fast food places have posted all over the place. geeeeeeeze
checks are good for 1 year. The bank has to pay them
it is abrasive. i would assume that is what caused the problem

What state? In a state with highly salted roads or by the ocean it is possible...salt kills a car
because if you want to do a lot of withdraws it has to be a checking account. The rule is no more then 4 times a MTH. On checking-You will only get fees if you use the card with unavailable funds . Funds have to be in the account and available before you can use your card. You cant float anymore. the people who own the ATM charge chase a fee because you are not their customer. All of these things are outlined in the agreement you signed so why is it a huge suprise?

Flood insurance is mandated by FEMA. If they say you have to have it then you dont get a choice. Wells fargo doesnt make you have it, FEMA does. Wells fargo has no choice in the matter

you were paying (I assume) for only the bare bones basic service which is about 18.00 a mth. When the higher tier went digital you lost it. You dont get all the channels under 100 for 18.00 a mth, it is usually about 58.00. You were getting channels for free...and you are complaining? Yes, with the changes now you will have to pay for it. Like everyone else does
it is because you signed up for it. What did you think was going to happen when you clicked 'i agree' and gave them your bank info?
