Have you already initiated your claim with your travel insurance company? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the deadline applies to the filing date, not the date when all the information has to be submitted... Regardless, show the insurance company receipts that you sent the info to the airline and they should be willing to contact them on your behalf. We are contacted by insurance companies on a regular basis, requesting confirmation on delays.

Huh?!?!?!? What happened that caused you to miss your flight? Something about a bus and a driver going around... I think you need to be more clear on exactly HOW the airline was responsible for you being late for work. And did you lose your job completely or did you just receive another shift? If so, I doubt you will be behind on your mortgage - you'll still make your money but you may have to work hours you don't like...
Did you apply for a job with Malaysia Airlines?
JetBlue is not alone in limiting seat availability for award miles... EVERY single airline does the same thing - except Southwest, I guess. Nothing new here. And why don't you just buy a one-way ticket to Chicago? Sounds like you are getting back home using your miles, so it's not that bad after all, is it?
Lost luggage happens on every airline, not just BA. And why do you leave 10 messages? They probably got the first one and the reason they didn't call you back is because they have no news. If the bag shows up they will send it to you. End of story. Do you believe they only look for the missing bag when you call them? No, that's not how it works... Maybe someone stole the bag, maybe it's stuck in the bottom of a pile at Heathrow and nobody will find it until somebody cleans out the storage... Just move on with your life. File a claim so that you can get compensation and then, with any luck, the bag will show up one of these days. Just stop calling - it doesn't do any good anyway...
More and more airlines are relying on email to handle customer complaints - not only KLM. Don't expect to get anything once you get a response though - there are no "damages" here. I will agree with you though; something sounds very off here. Have KLM explain to you in writing how they figure they can reinstate a booking once they have told you it is canceled.
What do you think?!?!?!?!?!?!

IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S PROBABLY A SCAM!

Ask them how they calculated the refund... But don't expect them to pay for your taxi. Taking a taxi was your decision and they can't be expected to pay for it. What if you decided to hire a helicopter to fly home? Should they pay for that too? Of course not... Just try to get your FULL refund and be done with it. Have them explain where the missing money is and how the refund was calculated. If they charged you a cancellation fee you will need to bring to their attention that this was an involuntary cancellation... Good luck!
Not sure what their policy is, but most airline (including mine) will give you a few options when they change times/dates:

You can book for a day earlier or later, or you can insist on a full refund... That's about it. Good luck!
This happens when you get a really good deal... Just cut your losses and buy a new ticket. End of story. Cheap fares have VERY strict rules. Most don't allow any changes at all, so you will need to figure out what's cheaper: buy a new ticket or pay whatever they want to charge you...
But why do you think they would let her change her flight without paying something? That's unheard of! Of course there is a fee to change your ticket... Maybe there was a misunderstanding. When she didn't show up for the flight the airline could actually cancel the rest of the ticket since she is a "no-show". Maybe they did you a favor by not canceling the remainder of the ticket, but you will still need to pay a change fee. That sounds very reasonable to me. Qatar is a GREAT airline - they are consistently voted as a top airline and they don't have this reputation because they screw people over. There must have been a misunderstanding. Just pay the fee and have her fly home... end of story.
I hope you called your bank so that they can cancel the account... You probably signed up for a trial somewhere and in the fine print they have the right to charge you a monthly fee after the free trial period. Happens all the time... Call the bank right away and ask them to remove the charges.
They should have rebooked you and paid for a hotel... assuming everything was on one ticket. But if you purchased separate tickets for each flight, then you are on your own and they are not responsible - regardless if the flights are on the same airline.

If you purchased ONE ticket with all the flights, then you will need to contact AA and demand compensation for a missed flight and all the expenses you incurred while you were overnighting in Dallas.

It's not a scam... You screwed up and now you're angry at the company?! That makes no sense! Take responsibility for your own actions - it's a part of growing up.

Regardless, if this is the first time this happens, just call their customer service number on the back of the card and ask a rep about the possibility of reducing the interest rate or removing the charges. They usually work with you to help you out - or they may say that if you make timely payments for the next 3-6 months they will reduce your rate or give you a credit at that point.

It's not the end of the world... You'll be alright, but remember who caused this error - you. Not Target.
First advice: stop leaving messages... They got the first one, and leaving 10 more will not make a difference. If anything, it will piss them off and they will ignore you.

Write a letter to the airline and ask that they reimburse you the extra money you had to spend as a result of their error. I'm assuming the whole trip was on one ticket and that you didn't buy separate tickets on MAS and Continental. If you bought separate tickets, then the airline is not responsible.

Why on earth would you send money to somebody you have never seen or heard of? If I ask you for 500 pounds, will you send it to me? What if I offer to pay you back 5, 000 pounds after one year? Don't be stupid! Don't send money to strangers! It's always a SCAM!
You should have a receipt for the transaction; check the amount. If it is indeed 332 Mexican pesos, then you will just need to send the receipt together with a copy of your credit card statement showing you were charged too much to Delta's customer care department so they can make the correction.

What employee told you they have been doing this for months? Somebody told you this before you checked in? Or did you fly back there after you discovered the charge on your statement and an employee told you this? I think you may be exaggerating a little here... Just have them correct it. Errors happen.

Please give further details on exactly HOW they are dishonest...
Can't you have the bank send you everything to your home address in California (or wherever it may be) and then have a friend or family member pick it up for you and send it to you via FedEx? They keep track of all your account activities, so I'm sure they can see that you used the card in Thailand - it should be no problem to send you a new card... Something is missing here. Please explain.
By responding to them you are telling them that the email address or phone number they are using is correct, and then they keep sending you stuff because they know you are reading it... Best option: just delete their email messages, or create a "rule" in your email program that filters out the senders and deletes their messages automatically.
Why don't you just cancel the credit card and get a new one issued by the bank?

Report this to your credit card company immediately so they can remove the charge. Then cancel the account and insist they issue you a new card, or this company will keep billing you every single month for as long as you will allow them...

If you respond to this then you are a fool... Is it not obvious to you that this is a SCAM?!?!? Do you really have to ask?
Don't be a fool... This is obviously a SCAM, so don't send them anything and don't do anything. Nobody is going to give you 1, 5 million pounds.

Are you serious? Is there ANY doubt that this is not a scam?!?!?!?!?! THINK! Have you not read dozens of similar stories that ended with people losing all they had, and now you're wondering if THIS ONE is real?

In plain words : THIS IS A SCAM
